We bought a new house and our original microwave died shortly after our dishwasher. We got this microwave and dishwasher in black stainless as a result and could not be happier with the efficiency and obviously the look. If you need a new microwave (or dishwasher), do yourself a favor and go with Kitchen Aid!

This new microwave is easy to set…very intuitive design.

Nice capacity, dual level. Unable to use the timer function along with microwave, perhaps there is a way, because the older model allowed us to operate the timer and the microwave at the same time.

Overall this was a great purchase, the only thing is that for some reason it now shows a hole in the roof. does not affect the quality of heating at all.

Extremely quiet , Even cooking Multiple fan speeds

So far I'm very impressed. The. Kitchen aid microwave performs well and was easy to install.

Customer service was great. Haven't installed the microwave yet, but will give another review once I use it.

Very nice and well built, easy to use. The fan is very quiet and powerful. I vented it out the back wall, I also installed it. The microwave was a little bit bigger , from top to bottom, then my last one. I did have to do some wall prep because of that, but after that it went in like a champ. I really like it.

Love this Kitchen Aid Microwave. It’s beautiful, quiet, and programmed for every conceivable quick touch cooking you will ever need. I love the keep warm function and the softening of ice cream.

We replaced our microwave that was falling apart. We ended up routing the vent to go outside with this model and it is a dream. We have not yet had a smokey kitchen, which was a weekly occurrence with our previous microwave. Cooks foods through and features a variety of modes for pizza, vegetables, entree, etc

Got it in the scratch and dent section and it came with everything we needed and we have had no problems.

My old one needed and update after 15 years. So obviously I went fo the brand new model. No regrets.

It looks good and is so quiet when cooking. Even the fan is quiet enough. Food is evenly heated throughout. Same quality as my other kitchen aid appliances.

The unit cost is a little more, but worth it. Solid, quiet, and heats quickly and evenly.
