Microwave looks sleep and nice. It makes a soft grinding noise in operation. My Handy Lady tells me it's normal.

Almost 1 year since installation and I'm really happy with this purchase. KitchenAid lives up to the brand hype. I'm now looking at their dishwasher and range.

Wonderful microwave works very well...the only issue I have is the timer buzzer is not very loud, I called kitchen aid to see if could be adjusted but they said no. Disappointing because I use the timer a lot when cooking or baking in my oven.

Works great. It doesn't have that annoying beep. It plays musical notes when done cooking.

Kitchen Aide is a name you can trust. After disappointing results with a Samsung, it is a pleasure to have a top quality product. Worth the extra price.

The microwave is great! It has some new features such as a keep warm for an hour, love it.

Very pleased with the product but I won't use the metal rack given the possibility of scratching the inside of the unit whichI was told could cause problems.

I use it mostly to reheat my coffee and defrost something I forgot to take out of the freezer, I would like all the appliance makers to stop the music, no noce is good in the morning

This microwave has so many re-heating settings which I use the most and even a softening mode for baking ingredients. I am truly happy with it and think it it would be a great fit for any busy family.

Microwave was installed professionally and functions nicely. Install team was professional, polite, and courteous.

I’ve always had great success with Kitchen Aid and this microwave is awesome. Great value for all of the quality features.

I love this thing. It's like a member of the family. The fact that you can microwave with the metal rack inside trips me out, though. #Science?

We really love the Microwave and it works really well. We haven't had a chance to use it much yet, but we love it so far!

Solid construction, works great for all types of food, and the door hinge allows for placement in tight places without rubbing the adjacent cabinet. Well worth the money and looks sophisticated.

So far so good. It looks great and work nicely. Not as loud as our previous on.
