Does what it's supposed to do - has some neat automatic features like the potato setting - only had it for a month, so still getting acquainted with all of the features. On sale at a very good price point for what you get. Easy to install

Very nice unit. They should add some insulation or weight to the door, as it “sounds cheap” with the hollow sound when closing.

Works and looks great. End of cycle signal is a little annoying, but can be turned off. The appliance is a little deeper than a standard upper cabinet. Consequently, it does protrude a few inches beyond the cabinets.

I wanted a KitchenAid microwave with just basic functions and affordable. I chose this model and I’m completely satisfied. Very attractive feature in my KitchenAid kitchen.

I don't use this for much more than reheating so it works great for everything I need. The only complaint I have is that the touch control panel started looking scuffed and dull after the first week. I never use abrasive sponges so I think this is just a cheap plastic rather than glass that would stay looking nice.

This is an excellent microwave. It heats quickly and thoroughly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it does not have a quick start option like my old microwave did.

Bought with the whole set of appliances. The only thing I haven’t liked so far is that you cannot put in exact time for defrost. I like that it doesn’t have an annoying beep at the end of cooking.

Our microwave died turning the shutdowns, so had to drive 90 miles each way to find this in stock. Very good unit so far.

I purchased a kitchen aid appliance package that included this microwave - exhaust vent. The bold modern look of Kitchen Aid was a perfect fit for this clients newly remodeled contemporary kitchen. Looks good and preforms well.

This microwave heats up food very evenly. It is super easy to keep clean. The special settings, like the pizza setting, are especially good for reheating leftovers. Don't really know what the magic is, but it works very well.
