The kitchen aid microwave I bought wont heat food. kitchen aid replaced multiple parts and have sent repair men out multiple times. they would be able to repair the problem for short spans of time then it would break again with the same issue! This product is not worth the high price tag especially when the company won't stand by their product nor do they know how to repair them.

Our previous kitchenaid's controls were across the bottom. We are very pleased with this unit.

This did the job, and we are most satisfied. Cost a little more, but worth it. Overall a very good purchase.
