Going to give KitchenAid a chance to rectify the situation or I will return it and exchange it with Best Buy

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a really nice microwave and we loved it while it was working it fit in very well since we went with the whole kitchen aid line up. However, a little over a year of owning it we noticed sporadic issues with food not heating. I would unplug it for a min and plug it back in, that didn’t do it, I found that having to turn it on at a lower power would get it back to “normal” performance. About a week of doing that it just crapped out completely. Currently on hold with Best Buy regarding this issue. Fingers crossed it won’t be an uphill battle. I will give an update.
