Whirlpool has sent out a repair company 3 times to repair it. First issue was the "mother" board failed. Next issue the light underneath stopped working. Another board was replaced....then the light stopped again and now the microwave is out of warranty so I had to pay 125.00 for the service only to have he light stop again a couple of months later and that is where I am at now. Been on hold with Whirlpool for over an hour now and nobody from customer service has picked up....not very happy with this microwave but I do love my Fridge, oven insert, counter top stove and garbage disposal.
