Really pleased with this microwave. Seems to heat things very quickly. The light is plenty bright enough to add light to the cooktop. Plus you can even set a timer to turn on and off the light at set times. The exhaust fan could be a little stronger when boiling water the front steams up even on high.

Average microwave. Sounds like it is on its last legs when turned on. Cooks fine but nothing special for the money.

Bought this microwave and spent quite a bit of money for a over the range microwave. Our previous whirlpool lasted 20 years with no problem. This one lasted a year and a half. The open/close door sensor is faulty. Many others have had problems, just google it. Kitchenaid says they are sorry we are having problems but it is out of warranty. Best Buy says nothing they can do.

Really like this microwave but the humidity sensor already needs replaced only after a month old

I had a kitchen Aid microwave and purchased this one as a replacement. I am very happy with this item. It was a very good price as well since I purched it as a black Friday sale.

After buying it (11-21) was told it would be in in four day. Well after two hour long trips to the store having to reorder on 12-9 and twenty-four days from original order I finally got the Microwave.

We don't like the sound it makes when cooking is done. When you close the door it makes a hollow tinny sound(like it's made from cheap materials. Otherwise it is a very good working microwave.

Had a Kitchen Aid Over the Range Microwave for over 8 years, That was a much better oven than the one I purchased. Had more options, light was better, This one is too noisy when the fan goes on.

Everything about this otr is great...except the fan...it's very loud. Maybe I have bad one, hard to tell.

I didn't unbox this till after the 15 day return period. I should have. Even though the box looked intact the Microwave door was completely shattered and the top right corner was bent. BUYER BEWARE is good advice here.

It did not even last 1 month! The touch pad no longer works. This is a replacement from a microwave that was not installed correctly by Best Buy. At least the first one lasted 3 years and would have still worked if they installed properly!

Pacific Home staff at Best Buy is good. KitchenAid quality has gone downhill. The microwave broke several times and the repair guy blew the power supply and was unable to fix it. Thankfully I bought the extended warranty, and that Best Buy has a no lemon policy. After 4 service calls, they took back the unit and applied credit. I actually had to pay MORE for the replacement unit. Fortunately a Whirlpool unit was on-sale; so I only paid a little more. The Whirlpool microwave is better quality than the “high-end” KitchenAid (which is the same manufacturer).

This built in microwave was purchased with the matching Kitchenaid dual electric range. Microwave has been great and looks good installed over the range. Would highly recommend.

This item does not really explain the features and doesn’t tell u to take certain parts out. Apparently they told me that not enough food while using convection oven; therefore caused burn on back where tray is held. Only on one side though. This seems to b a defective one, but moving in caused delays in me using this item. I am not satisfied with this particular Kitchenaid product. I would not buy a convection microwave oven again or maybe not theirs. Do not buy; overpriced.

We loved this microwave until it stopped working 16 months later. We bought more expensive expecting it to last a long time.

I purchased this microwave in November and since I received it the turntable has never worked. I've contacted world pull at least 4 times. They've come out to fix it and it still doesn't work

We are not very happy with this microwave. We re modeled our kitchen and went with Kitchen Aid appliances throughout. We have a old GE cheap microwave that works twice as good as this one !!! Piece of JUNK!!!!!!!!!
