This is a beautiful looking refrigeratior. I love the way it is set up. The drawers are in good places and the water dispenser being inside is wonderful. It is hard to keep clean. I have men with grubby fingers who don't get the concept of using the handles. The stainless steel wipes work great for clean up.

Great fridge so far. the freezer seems shallow and awkward at first but it actually fits quite a bit. The ice maker is great. not a deep fridge but worth it for the counter depth and quality. the light in the freezer occasionally doesn't;'t come on at first. really my only complaint.

Really wanted some French doors and needed counterdepth. I was initially nervous this fridge wasn’t big enough, but for a family of four eaters, it does the job! My husband doesn’t like the filtered water inside the fridge, but it doesn’t bother me because the doors look nicer;)

Pros: clean look, doesn't extend too far beyond counter, humidity control feature works well. Cons: Water dispenser on inside is a little inconvenient and seems to waste energy when filling large bottles having to have the door open. Doors are a little "flimsy," features are pretty basic - I think it's overpriced. We don't have kids and max out the storage capacity of this unit. I love that it is counter depth but if you have a family I'd skip it.

The first Kitchen Aide Refrigerator only lasted a month....not kidding. It stopped cooling and freezing. Lights were on on but it just was not working. Th second one is in. I love it. The refrigerator (on top) is ample size. The freezer (bottom) is not huge but ample. Ice stores in the freezer (does not come out in front). Water as well is retrieved from the inside of the unit. With nothing showing outside....the unit has a sleek look. It fits in well with my other stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

Positives: great appearance, compact size, love the professional handle bars. Very practical, good amount of shelving, easy to find things, and light doors. Negatives: fridge had to be set at 42 degrees otherwise, food will freeze. It is advisable to close the left door first to avoid leaving the right door open, alarm can be set up to catch this. You do have to open both doors to pull the middle drawer out. All these things I had read in other reviews;but, I'm still happy with my purchase.

This refrigerator has been great and it provides the perfect amount of space for my household needs (2 Adults) and I believe it can easily satisfy a family of 3-4 people. Having the water dispenser on the inside gives this fridge a sleek look on the outside. Another feature I like that is optional to use is the wine rack, which can be removed if extra space is ever needed.

I've had this for a year now, and can say I like it for the most part. Attractive and as much space as you can expect from a low profile fridge. My main complaint is that the freezer doesn't always completely close, but it's difficult to notice. The fridge doors have the same problem, but an alarm beeps if this happens. This is a great feature, so I don't understand why the freezer doesn't have the same alarm. Consequently, the door has been left open overnight several times.

It's the counter depth ransom. In order to get back the use of the drawers and cupboards blocked by the doors of a full sized refrigerator you have to pay a hefty premium. I understood the smaller volume. That's simple arithmetic. What I didn't realize was that the shelves, drawers, and the rest of the interior stuff was going to be second rate. You pay a 25-50% premium for having a refrigerator that fits. We also went to a lower feature tier. All for a refrigerator that cost about 50% more than the 5 year old full sized one it with more features that it replaced. The plus side is that it works. It also has a replaceable ice maker as well as the good (for us) feature of no water or ice in the door. It dispenses cold water inside. We hope it lasts longer than 5 years. For an appliance that costs this much that seems like a reasonable expectation to me. Unfortunately most manufacturers don't think so. I don't recommend this unless you have a strong need for a counter depth refrigerator. It's not a bad refrigerator. It just doesn't have the features or the shelf and drawer quality you'd get in a conventional refrigerator at this price. I think you could get a conventional refrigerator with the same feature set for about 60% of this one's price. Gosh, we got 25 reward points for this review.

I like this refrigerator. I don’t use the filtered water, so the water location is not a problem for me. It works quite. It’s very spacious to keep the food fresh. The freezer is not very big. It could be a concern if you need a big freezer. But it is good enough for my family.

Its my first counter-depth fridge and I like it much better than standard depth. Very nice refrigerator and very handsome too. A little limited in space (20g) but fine for just us two. Doors have "heft" which is important to me. Lighting is such an improvement over past fridges. Because the depth is shorter it is much much easier to find things. Brand new so no need to clean it yet but I can see it will be much easier with the shorter depth and no need to bend down. Also bought a matching dishwasher and I could not be happier. I pray that these appliances have the lifespan of Kitchenaid appliances "back in the day" . . . .

We had to go with a counter depth refrigerator due to the depth of the cut-out. We were concerned about the smaller size of the refrigerator but significant space was saved by taking the water and ice dispenser out of the door. It would have been nice to still have the ounces counter for the water dispenser. Also, the pictures were a little deceptive in that the top of the refrigerator is about two inches lower than the door height. Maybe it was an aesthetic design choice but it would have been nice to have had back at least one of those inches for the top shelf since we are already losing space there to the temperature controls and water filter. Other than that, we think it is great and really like the deli platter drawer.

We have had this French door refrigerator/freezer for only two weeks but are very happy with it. It does a great job of keeping food cold and we love the way it looks. It is very quiet, it’s in an open concept kitchen/living room and you don’t even notice it’s running except for the occasional sound from the ice maker. Delivery and set up with Best Buy was a breeze.

We love our Fridge! It works so well, and the built-in water dispenser is a lifesaver in our area where the water tastes a bit iron-y. We were concerned about the depth not being large enough, but it fits so much food! The icemaker works well and is efficient. It's always full when we open the freezer.

I was limited with size because of my cabinets. The stainless finish is really beautiful and easy to keep clean. I went from a side by side to the French door and love the space in the refrigerator. The freezer is small but I have an upright freezer so I wasn't concerned about space. I keep the essentials in the freezer and overflow in my alternate freezer. Good quality

Looks great! Much more spacious than our old side by side. Very well lit. Easy to clean. Had for 3 weeks. Thought freezer looked small but actually it is fine for family of 4. Really loving it. Also no waiting (in stock) and reasonable price.

Absolutely love my new fridge. Very spacious and has a lot to offer. I love the water dispenser inside. My favorite part, the icebox is on the bottom! We looked for months, found this fridge, and LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

Great, solidly built refrigerator! Much better than our last LG refrigerator, which kept having problems within a couple of years after purchase. This is the refrigerator you want, with a basic simple design which will keep your food cold, and none of the fancy bells and whistles, which will break down often. Only downside, is that it does collect fingerprints. But those can be cleaned off.

I love everything about this refrigerator. I needed a counter depth refrigerator with great space. This model meets all of my needs and more. There is plenty of storage and is really well designed. The freezer has plenty of space along with the ice maker. I couldn’t be happier.

Still getting used to it, but do like the refrigerator. Works best if items we use most often are on the Right side so don't have to open both doors to get to Left side. Freezer is a bit small.
