Quiet, solid construction. I would recommend this model to others.

It runs very quietly, has plenty of shelves, and freezer space. The counter depth is a plus. The only thing that’s a bit annoying is the ice maker is kind of loud, other than that, I love this fridge!

This refrigerator has good room in both sides. I like the way the ice maker works and when the water dispenses it tells you how many ounces. It has good lighting inside so you can see everything well.

My installers scratched my hardwood floor. Also they didn't level the fridge which is highly important because it's counter depth

The new house we bought about 11 years ago had a side-by-side fridge and I hated it and swore I wouldn't have another because there was no room in it! But just before we were getting ready to sell, we replaced the fridge with this one and honest to goodness, I LOVED it! It has so much room in it that you almost can't fill it so I went back out and re-bought this exact same fridge for where we live now. It is just that good!

Our earlier refrigerator was not this nice. Best feature? In-the-door icemaker. Very efficient and good on space. Least liked feature? Bottom drawer of the crisper doesn't come out far enough. I can live with that.

So far so good, I’ve only had it 3 weeks. Some guests I’ve had over have made comments about the looks of it. The led lights and the look of the inside are great. I didn’t give it 5 stars because the shelves are a pain in the butt to move and get set up initially, the top shelf where I’d normally put beer is about 1/2 too high to get the beer in comfortably and it can’t adjust lower to accommodate. The inside drawers are plastic like others but seem to be of a lower quality and given the price point I feel they should operate smoother and feel more structurally sound (drawer rail system with auto/slow close function perhaps). Some of the bins in the door depending on where positioned will interfere with the fridge drawers too...that wasn’t well thought out kitchen aid.

We are very pleased with this refrigerator so far. The unit is well configured when considering this is counter depth, so you will be sacrificing so space. The interior is well lit and the shelves and drawers trimmed with stainless steel, which dresses it up a bit. The ice/water dispenser works great.

This fridge looks very good in my new kitchen. Coming from a much larger French door fridge was a little rough at first but I like the space and ease of viewing items in the side by side much better. So far everything is perfect.

Nice side by side counter depth KitchenAid Fridge with more Freezer space than expected. Lighting Great and adjustable shelves easy to use. Our family uses a lot of ice and the unit has been able to keep up with our demand.

The outside of the refrigerator is beautiful and sleek looking, however, the inside is very small. Great for a 2 person household, but I would not recommend it for a family of more than 2. The shelves and drawers are very small/short in length, so larger type products (e.g., from Costco) are hard to accommodate. We won't be buying the large jar of mayonnaise anymore :) Like the design of the ice maker on the freezer side of the refrigerator, but again the shelves are small and cozy. The refrigerator drawers are made with very light plastic just as an FYI. I've only had the product about a week, so no complaints so far. Everything seems to be working well. My delivery team was wonderful and no scratches to our marble floor. They also cleaned up after themselves. Overall, thumbs up.

We've had this frig for fifteen months now and it has performed perfectly. We'd originally ordered a french door though it was recalled and we're so very glad that we ended up with this one because it is so sleek and upscale in comparison, giving same impression as much higher end units. We love the filters engineered in this unit and the small ice cubes!!! Very highly recommended.

Good appearance, nice layout, and counter depth! No issues so far. It took three deliveries for us to get the one that has no defects. It was extremely frustrating at first, but they at least left the defective fridge for us to use in the meantime.

Beautiful, sleek, spacious and bright! Great delivery and installation. I would say that the only area for improvement that keeps this from a five star review is that the ice maker is noisier than we would like. Otherwise, great product that we have really enjoyed.

We replaced a 15 year old GE counter depth that was awful. Repaired every 2 - 3 years. The KitchenAid seems much roomier, the inside lighting is beautiful, the layout allows for nice organization of refrigerator contents and it is very quiet. It does not have a temperature reading for the refrigerator or freezer; however, I bought a thermometer and it maintains the temperature well within the required zone. We are very happy with the purchase.

I received a quick delivery and set up. everything was so adjustable. I love the produce bins. The veggies seem to stay fresh longer. Love the bottle rack under one of the shelves. It is great that it is counter depth. Amazing how much more room there is in my galley kitchen. I do not miss the cubic feet I gave up to have a counter depth refrig. everything is so much more accessible. Only thing that remains to be seen, is how long it will last.

Love this fridge! I bought a Samsung before this that was returned prior to purchasing this one and am very happy with it. Looks really good if you have the other kitchen aid appliances to go with it

I read a number of reviews about this refrigerator, some of which were negative, and was nervous about buying it. However, we had a great two decade experience with Kitchen Aid, so we bought this unit. Find the unit to be quiet and very stylish. Nice features like a buzzer that beeps after 5 minutes if the door is left open. Max ice button that allows increased ice production for 24 hours.

This is a very good refrigerator. It is a nice upgrade over our old unit. It has a digital user interface the easy to use and gives us instant control over all its functions. We really like the ice maker.

Originally purchased the 5 Door KitchenAid for my new home then realized I didn't want 11" protruding from the encasement I upgraded in the kitchen. I decided on this one because it looked clean, had a classic design and the handles matched all the other products in my gourmet kitchen package. An added bonus was saving fourteen hundred dollars from the 5 door. Had the fridge about 2.5mths now. It cools great, Im managing with the space since its not the biggest. Though its on the smaller size of cubic feet, they've done a good job with storage. I like the door bins that are adjustable. In my last fridge there was no way anything could do in the doors other than small bottles or condiments. I love the size of the ice cubes (random, I know). Lastly, I chose this fridge because its a little taller than most fridges too- it fills in the encasement perfectly!
