This microwave is perfect (I was skeptical and read many reviews), EASY to use and lockable for the grandchild's sake! It is a good value and has all the functions anyone could want. Love the ease of use and the variety of heating choices.

drawer microwave easy to use. only knock is when you lean into it you can hit buttons accidently so be careful

Do not buy this microwave. The day it was installed in my island, it was turned on several times by people leaning on the control panel, the drawer opened several times when people leaned on the control panel. I noticed it was turned on a couple times for who knows how long by people leaning on the control panel. The cabinet and microwave were too hot to touch by the time I noticed it was on, could've been more than 15 mins. Yes, there's a lock button, but who can remember to lock it every time it's used. This thing is very poorly designed and should be taken off the market before it causes some real property and personal damage. Get the Sharp with a hidden control panel, way better design.

Crazy expensive but good for a drawer microwave if that’s what you need.

heats well, has a lot of cooking options, and is very well designed. Has all of the features I need.

Looks great & excited to get to use it. In the process of building our house, so haven't had a chance to use it yet. But it appearance is great!

This is a very expensive microwave that frankly does the same job as a cheaper one. But, the drawer is what makes it special.

I love the convenience of the drawer. The microwave has some very nice heating, melting features. The drawer opens and closes very quiet and smooth.

We had ordered an appliance package for custom made cabinets, but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong microwave. Because my wife really wanted the drawer type microwave we ordered the correct unit that she wanted. Upon delivery, I attempted to install the unit, but due to the cabinet being specifically made for the original unit ordered, I could not make the new unit worked. Very unfortunate, being that the drawer type unit would have worked much better being installed in a kitchen island. I had to return the unit, but it would have loved to have it instead of the unit I now have.

I’m a short person and have always had a hard time using a microwave. This is wonderful and I like down low out of sight.

I wish a microwave drawer was built with front lights that would illuminate when you use it. Very difficult to use but no other is manufactured any better.
