I’ve had this about 3-4 weeks and I love it! Delivery was easy and quick. The sound is very quite especially compared to my older model. Sometimes I forget it’s even running! The only thing that could be approved upon during this experience was trying to get the price match guarantee. However, that has nothing to do with the quality of this dishwasher rating/review.

This dishwasher will not disappoint. Adjustable shelves, with secret utensils cleaning drawer at the top. Easy to use hidden buttons with a classic look.

Bought in June 2021, two years old, the touchpad and control panel failed yesterday. The technician today confirmed the part needs to be replaced. Cost = $794 !!! That's more than today's replacement cost of $699. Dishwashers should NOT fail after 2 years. Making it even more ridiculous, the part is not available until October. Model number = KDTE204KPS 0; Part number = W11460947 (replaces W11099336). Had I known it was a Whirlpool inside, I would not have bought KitchenAid.

Extremetly quiet and dishes come out extremely clean.

This dishwasher is so quiet! It also cleans really well. Dishes come out spotless. We’ve been running it every other day as a family of 3 and so far so good. Best Buy installation guys were great and fast.

It is so much quieter than my old one and really cleans the dishes well. Love that it gives me the option for 2-4-8 delay if I want to use it. All the buttons are on top so when I close the door they are easy to get to.

It took a month to get an installer to come to our home. Upon installing the brand new dishwasher it didn't work. We called Kitchen Aid and they recommended a technician. He discovered that the motor and control panel were broken. We went to Best Buy to request a different dishwasher since we were given a broken item as new. They had a 15 day grace period (which was never mentioned) and therefore did not honor the purchase of the new item. Kitchen Aid can only fix the broken parts but cannot offer a replacement for a new item. When we try to explain our disappointment, the representative hung up on us. It's ridiculous that we purchased a brand new item, never used it and it was broken upon installation.

KitchenAid Dishwash comes as advertised. Quite can hardly hear is run and the additional insulation was not installed. Excellent Purchase especially if on-sale.

Gorgeous KitchenAid product. My whole kitchen (except oven) is now high end. This product is so so quiet. I got the handle with red end to match my fridge

I really like everything about this dishwasher except for the noise level. It just happens to be louder than our last one but it’s not terrible. Cleans real well and looks great.

KitchenAid Dish Washer so far has been a wonderful addition to my home. I have had no problems with cleaning or drying.

So far, I’ve been very pleased with this new KitchenAid dishwasher after using it now for a few weeks and it’s a very quiet one as well. I was also very pleased with how Best Buy scheduled the installation and former dishwasher removal.

We weren’t sure about this dishwasher because the dishes were still wet after the load finished running. But after selecting “normal” & “extended heat dry” the dishes were dry & sparkling clean!

Great dishwasher! The quietest we’ve ever owned. So quiet you have to check to see if it’s on!

Absolutely love this quiet machine. Only issue is you have to use liquid finish to insure complete drying

The tech agents weren't able to fit the dishwasher in my cabinet opening so I'm having to get a handyman to help with this dilemma. I like what I see so far but I will give another rating when they come back to finish the install.
