The KitchenAid refrigerator has been engineered to high quality standards. Whatever flaws existed in earlier models of been corrected. It is built to last. The finish which prevents fingerprints is a total godsend.

I have a smaller than normal space for my refrigerator. This refrigerator is the perfect size without giving up refrigeration space. I love the door containers that just come out of their spaces. Additionally it is an attractive piece of furniture.

Do not buy this model - we have had it repaired over 6 times. There is a fan with a sensor attached that has been replaced 5 times. The main interface panel above the water dispenser has been replaced and the LED for the deli tray has been replaced and the bottom drawer for the freezer has iced over. This model is only 2 1/2 yrs. old. What a LEMON! Good news after many calls to Kitchenaid they are replacing it with a newer model. No Charge.

We are exceptionally pleased with our new Kitchen Aid French-door refrigerator. This is the platinum version. Not only does the unit add visual enhancement to our kitchen (it looks like a built-in unit) its convenience and function are exceptional.

Perfect storage setup! Love the 3 drawers in the freezer as well as the simplicity of how the refrigerator is organized. Everything fits in it’s perfect place. Also love the screen display. Highly recommend! Great quality!

We had two of these delivered to us- the first and the second had poor quality, poorly assembled plastic parts inside. There were actually sharp edges inside the drawer handles that you could cut your fingers on. Very sloppily made or assembled. I figure they cut corners on this model to bring a product at a lower price point. Function was great but interior is sub standard. I would avoid. I have not seen issues like this in the higher grade appliances of the same brand. We abandoned this model after the second one came as poorly made as the first and selected a different brand.

So far so good. Love the unexpected features like measured dispense and crushed ice that works quickly without a mess. Could be a little quieter when it is cooling but overall it is really nice.

This refrigerator works fine after being repaired. Some of the drawers are not very good quality and are showing some wear. Overall it’s a decent refrigerator

Traded out our kitchenaid 5 door model from a couple years back. This ones ice maker/water is much better and fridge is much larger then previous model. Would recommend.

I bought this and as soon as it was installed the freezer frosted up. Called for a repair next day. Repair man said this has a known issue with freezer. Also the Water dispenser keeps running after u remove your glass. Best Buy was good about exchanging this refrigerator for another. Don’t buy this!

Beautifully made. Great features and easy to understand settings. Stainless steel is fingerprint resistant.

This is my 3rd Kitchen Aid refrigerator purchase. They are amazing and beautiful! They have amazing features and LOTS of attention to detail.

I am so excited to get this product! It has such a nice "interior" and feels like a "superior" product!

Refrigerator is bright inside and everything is easily accessible. One thing I would like is more room for tall bottles and milk/juice cartons.

I seem to have more room. Things have stayed more organized. It is great to have a refrigerator back in my kitchen after 8 weeks without one. (Long story)
