This refrigerator replaces one of the same model that had many issues during the 8 months I had it. I like the design, organization, and features and have other KitchenAid appliances. So I am trying again and so far this refrigerator is behaving normally during the 3 weeks since installation. I'm keeping my fingers crossed,

Awesome fridge. Very quiet and efficient. Barely hear it at all! Love the platinum finish inside and LED lights.

This item looks and works great, however, after about a year an ice ball developed in both the freezer and the fridge. The fridge itself didn't give any indication anything was wrong other than melting items in the freezer. After melting the ice it was back to normal. Other than this I have to say I really like the features and look of the fridge.

Its a great fridge. I love the lighting on the inside. The Freezer does not always seal all the way and there could be better use of the space on the inside. Would be great to have a coating on the outside that does not mark up as easily.

This fridge is amazing. It has all the luxury feel and touches of the high end brands like Viking but not as expensive. The inside is fully adjustable and works well with all kinds of bottles and containers. Highly recommended.

I bought an LG French Door refrigerator 3.5 years ago but it gave me nothing but problems. LG's service department is the worst I've seen especially from a large company. When I bought the LG refrigerator, it was to upgrade from my outdated Kitchenaid side by side ref. I never had any issues with my Kitchenaid fridge. The interior of the LG fridge appealed to me so I bought it. Now I switched back to Kitchenaid. I've been very pleased with it. The size is perfect and so are the features. My kids especially like the measured water dispenser. The interior compartments are very well suited for our needs. It's a handsome refrigerator and based on my previous ownership of a Kitchenaid fridge, I'm sure this one will last us for a very long time.

This is a great refrigerator and has lots of space. Looking forward to getting lots of use on it.

Love the fridge but had a big ding in it. Have to wait a month for a new one.

The perfect fridge, one of the only bottom freezers with a pizza box storage area. Platinum interior sets it apart from other fridges. Plenty of storage in fridge. I bought another one for my rental house. Worth the extra money.

Loved the design,very spacious but it stopped working properly after approximately 12-13 months.Despite the display showing appropriate temperature,food was getting spoiled.Also ice was forming behind the drawers.Freezer continued to work fine.Huge disappointment,especially because this fridge replaced the old one that lasted 19 years. I know that new appliances are not as good,but to work fine only a year!!?

Wow. This fridge is just amazing. Keeps food perfectly. We love the separate interior drawers that are on rollers which allows them to move with the greatest of ease. Runs very quiet- a huge plus for us.

Was looking for a KitchenAid fridge and this was perfect. Had ample, open space in the fridge and freezer drawer. The only drawback after a month is that the water from the door dispenser does not come out cold.

This is replacing my 10+ year old whirlpool refrigerator. This one fits in the exact same space in my kitchen, but seems so much more spacious inside than its predecessor. My wife loves having the crushed ice option on the door, and I like having the icemaker's storage in the door, rather than taking up a large amount of room in the top left of the fridge. The vertical pizza storage in the freezer is a convenient touch, as is the ease with which the door shelves can be removed and reinserted for cleaning. I really like the dark colors contrasted with the shiny surfaces and the not-too-bright LED lighting inside. Overall, our family is very pleased with our purchase, and hope to get 10-15 years from this fridge!

Best refrigerator ever! Lots of room inside with half retractable shelves for tall bottles. Freezer has three shelves, so convenient for seeing everything that’s in there. Love the gray color interior.

I would highly recommend this fridge. Its very spacious and has a great look to it. I was a little stand offish at first with the inside being gray but I've grown to love it. I will buy another LG in the future.

Beautiful in every way. Outside classic lines. Lots of room inside. Measures water amount when dispensing. Grayish interior, so much better than white. Freezer holds a lot more good than my old. Love it. Highly recommend .

This refrigerator is great. My only beef is that the door seems to not always want to close all the way. But the great thing is that I get the beeping reminder to go and close the door.

I bought this refrigerator, the oven, microwave, and dishwasher together. The refrigerator looks special; the stainless steel is nice, the handles look sturdy (more on that later), and the shelving looks upscale (more on that, also). I have had this for over 1 1/2 years now. The handle on the freezer section comes loose; it takes an hex key wrench (not included) to tighten it from the outside underneath. Then, it comes loose again with regular use. The freezer section frosts up the door jamb, causing the door to not seal as well as it should. I have to take a knife and chisel off the ice every month or so. The shelves do a good job of containing spills. Problem is, the filter doesn't seal all that well, causing water to leak from the filter area onto food and shelves, sometimes several times a day. Also, the top shelf needs to have one more notch to go up; it doesn't accommodate a large pitcher of tea or a 2 liter bottle. I have to have taller items at the front and shorter items at the back. I have the top shelf (it is a 1/2 shelf) all the way up top and the 2 liter bottle sitting on the base. The ice maker is NOISY! The removable ice bin freezes in place and is quite difficult to remove at times. I am afraid I will break it, therefore end up scooping ice instead of removing and dumping ice when I need large quantities. The bin is rather small, also. The water tastes good from the dispenser. When the filter is changed, one must run about 10 gallons through it to get to the clear water, though. I use the filters from the KitchenAid and/or Best Buy site. Overall, for the amount this costs, I can't heartily recommend this refrigerator. I think the Whirlpool version might give the same features for hundreds less. Also, the extended warranty, which I bought once, costs as much as a new, cheaper refrigerator itself.

We had always had side by side refrigerators prior to buying this Kitchenaid but had wanted a french door model. Very spacious inside and the ice maker and water dispenser work well. Best Buy did a great job on delivery and setup.
