I like shelf and draw configeration it is very practical. The space is well designed for maximum storage. It is quiet running which we needed for our open plan living area.

This refrigerator is gorgeous and I fell in love with it. That being said, it seems to be slow to make ice at times even though my water lines are brand new.

I’ve owned this refrigerator less than 2 years and it has required 4 service calls due to icing up and not cooling. Multiple sensors, dampener, and even the compressor required replacement. It is frosting up again with another active service call. Kitchen Aid does not seem to be the same quality as earlier models.

This fridge is huge inside and has all the bells and whistles. Be sure to measure your space - it is very deep and sticks out quite a bit from counter.

Love the design and lighting. However, the "pizza drawer" can be hard to open and pieces of plastic are breaking off. Some times the door doesn't close when you thought you closed it.

Great design! big room and excellent distribution. this fridge fit all my needs. I don't have to open the main doors to get meat or veggies! Roomy and quiet

I bought this Refrigerator because it matched the other appliances in my new house. Within 2 weeks the interior lights had stopped working.

Bought this fridge as it had an ample interior, good looks and in-door water and ice. Sadly. Unlike other fridges we’ve owned, the water from the in-door spout doesn’t come out cold

My wife and I are remodeling our house including a complete kitchen redo. Early on we purchased a Kitchenaid range and wanted a matching refrigerator. Looked at our options and decided on the Kitchenaid -26.8 cu ft French door model. This refrigerator is awesome! Love everything about it, stainless exterior, platinum interior with led lights, placement of shelves and draws, very well designed and quiet. Very Happy with this purchase.

I love this fridge. It's reliable and efficient. I like that it tells me the door has been left open. I like the 3 compartments in the freezer area. And I like it's just right size--roomy enough, but not so huge that stuff gets lost.

We love this refrigerator. Very beautiful exterior (it's stainless). Spacious interior. Comments to the Design Engineers: It's too bad that the interior of the door is not wide enough to store two 1-gallon plastic bottles of milk side-by-side. It's also too bad that the water dispenser on the front was designed with such a large amount of force required to turn on the water. With a little better leverage, you could have made the lever move twice as far with half the effort and still been able to actuate the water valve.

First one was noisy, second MUCH quieter!! When our first fridge arrived, the doors were dented upon delivery. We kept it until a replacement arrived a week later, and we were not so pleasantly surprised by the noise. We thought that perhaps this is how all new fridges are, so decided we would get used to it. However, the new arrival was MUCH MUCH quieter, and probably how it should operate. We are putting the first one down to being a dud. Looks great, lots of space and we like it (the new one that is).

I owned the Kitchen Aid refer in a house I owned in California and was unhappy that it was part of the deal to sell the house. The refrigerator in my new house was inferior. Repurching the Kitchen Aid was a great decision.

It works great. But the doors don’t open wide enough, ice and water dispensers are a little difficult to trigger.

like the design and lights in the refrig.- well laid out for our lifestyle. The split shelf lets us store larger items.

I fell in love with this fridge in store. Little did I know my love story wouldn't last long. It all started with the freezer. There was a huge block of ice that formed on the back wall that wouldn't let the door close. I put in a service call. Fixed it. Then the ice maker gave out, fixed it, or so I thought. They serviced it, but 5 months later and still no ice. A little after the ice stopped working, the freezer started making a horrible noise and then stopped cooling. Another service call and freezer started working but still no ice. Then freezer stopped working again and fridge also stopped cooling and various lights went out. Ughhh yet another service call. Multiple calls, two weeks and one third party company later and still no working refrigerator. Hundreds in food spoilage, hundreds in having to eat out, and thousands in a non working fridge. My unit is less than 2 years old, problems started at about a year. Save your money, save your sanity and save your time by choosing another fridge. This looks absolutely lovely but is completley worthless. It's like a fancy trash can. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!!!

I like the horizontal space available to put large items. I just came home with a large pizza box with left-over pizza. The box fit perfect unlike it did with my previous side by side refrigerator. I also like the tall space available inside. I have an extra tall pitcher in there now because the shelves are adjustable. I also like the built in water purifier which has already saved me from buying 2 cases of bottled water so far. And the water is more pure!!

Very disappointing. Keep making in the back of the freezer. Won't get cold. It was a waste of money. Had to be repaired at least 4 times before best buy decided to guve us a voucher to buy another one. Our advice: stay away from kitchen aid refrigerator.
