Good interior lighting, roomy shelves, nice features for water dispenser. Have had this for only a few months, so it is yet to be known if there will be issues with the ice dispenser. So far, so good!

Cheaply made trim interior. Metal trim I need freezer was buckling. The refrigerator exterior was dented and damaged. This item was to be top of the line product and it was not made with quality.

Less than 2 Years Old!!! Freezer lights have failed. Four LED lights in refrigerator have failed. Crappy Ice Maker has a warm spot top left that keeps freezing up the ice into a nice BIG BALL that blocks any ice from dispensing. Freezer drawer fronts have been popping off since day one. SKIP KITCHENAID. I bought this after a $2K LG failed at 9 years old. Thought I'd try Buying American. I was WRONG.

So for spending so much $, it is a good value, made well on inside but freezer door handle can not handle the weight, ALWAYS is wobbly, loose, they've sent several repair men out, even a new door but new handle does the same wiggle..

Got this from the outlet at a great price. It works well and has a lot of room. The water measurements are off and calibration is not straight forward. Some of the drawers are so so, but for the price I am very happy.

Fridge is roomy with lots of space and compartments. Having the freezer on the bottom half saves a lot of room on top. You have both sides of the fridge to store food, drinks etc.

Absolutely Excellent Choice!! We love everything about our new Refrigerator from Best Buy. Spacious, functional, attractive, and for certain the great quality you would expect from Kitchenaid.

I love it so far! My only complaint is the water/ice dispenser doesn’t have enough space for a tall water bottle like my Samsung did. Other than that is great!

I got this one over the top of the line model because I did not like the square flat doors panels of that one. This one has a nice curve to the doors and looks great. The inside has a lot of the features of the top line model,

Pur hased floor model. Told nothing wrong. Got home, didnt work. Took 3 technician trips and over a solid minth before getting it working

Terrible! The Kitchen Aid I purchased because it is a Whirlpool product has been nothing but a problem. It is loud when it dispenses water, the ice runs out after 3 cups and we have had the same broken parts fixed twice in the 2 years we have owned it. I have lost food both times it had to be defrosted and repaired.

Great machine just too large for our kitchen with an island. Purchased the counter depth model and couldn't be happier! I would get this one if it fit.

This refrigerator looks really nice. It fingerprints easily so is not great if you have kids. It doesn't make much ice. Freezer storage is good.

actually cold water dispenses out of cold water dispenser do not have to open both doors to access fridge don't like dark interior could have been a more efficient design to capture all use-able space

I love my new fridge...very stylish and efficient. Makes a hole in the wallet but great quality product. Only down side is the finger prints. Other than that 10 out of 10!

Lots of space, ice maker is nice and compact without limiting main space. Shelves are easily moved around. Door storage is flexible and easy to clean.

Great fridge freezer. Has a really premium interior and love the measured setting on the water dispenser.

After speaking with Best Buy Geek Squad manger, who was very apologetic, progress was made. They will refund the original purchase price of the refrigerator. I will need to purchase another protection plan for the new refrigerator however. Not sure if we will buy another kitchenaid refrigerator but unfortunately all the other appliances in the kitchen are that brand and style.

Great Fridge, I like the way the freezer is in the bottom drawer, would of like a bigger ice dispenser but this one is fine.
