Lots of room, storage and good amount of ice from dispenser Only issues is the water taste funny from he fridge

We really do like our new KitchenAid refrigerator. The features are easy to understand and use, the drawers for meats and vegetables are great.

We were looking for a upgrade and that is definitely what we got when we purchased this refrigerator. Plenty of storage and very user-friendly.

By far the worst fridge we have ever owned. Have had almost 4 separate repair companies come out sent to us by best buy from our extended warranty to fix parts. Still does not hold temp and still does not have a working ice maker. To top it off, Best buy extended warranty service is complete junk. They make you go through so many hoops and repairs before they will allow for a replacement. I have had the fridge for two years. It has fully functioned for nearly a 1/4 of that time. I would highly recommend getting a different fridge. I would also save your money on thinking best buy has your back with their extended warranty. Will most likley have to just pay out of pocket for a new fridge that works now.

Purchased in 2017. Got a solid year out of this fridge with zero issues. Year 2 decided to shut off on me while I was away leaving a pool of water on my newly finished hardwood floors. Tech calls are nothing but hassle even with the Geek Squad full coverage. They replaced a board and it worked for a few months without issue until the lights started going as well as the entire fridge deciding to shut off randomly. I have not received payment for damages nor for spoiled food (multiple times). Now 2021 and definitely don't have to catch this refrigerator because boy is it not running...yet again.. Will Geek Squad honor their warranty? Is it even worth the hassle. Get a reliable fridge and find a local electronics tech and save yourself the hassle of dealing with automated customer service calls and fixes that are just KitchenBandAids.

I have just received the product but from first glance it appears to have the looks and design features we desired.

Nice refrigerator, only problem is taking it apart for cleaning. Hot to take sport and no real instruction to put back together. But the service was great

Bought in Feb, 2019, and the fridge and icemaker stopped cooling properly (60 degrees) and the ice maker stopped working. Repaired under factory warranty at less than one year. Repairs took a total of 2 weeks and A LOT of inconvenience and expense (dry ice!) for me. Now, approximately 6 months later, the same thing has happened. Because I purchased an extended warranty, I am covered by Geek Squad at this point. I have had two 1-hour waits on the phone to schedule with GS. I purchased this refrigerator for two reasons: 1) previous dependability/performance/longevity of KitchenAid/Whirlpool products; and 2) the overall design of this unit. It was expensive!!! and for what I paid, I expected this refrigerator to last for a very long time. At this point, will I be looking at having the same issue repaired every 6 months? I AM BEYOND LIVID over this refrigerator having such poor performance thus far.

Lot of space in refrigerator. It tells you quantity of water from faucet. Big space for freezer. Compartments for vegetables.

Great Refrigerator! It beeps to let you know the door is open. Very spacious. Freezer is really cold.

My kitchen aide refrigerator is so nice. Love the grey interior instead of white. Keeps my food cold. Just love it.
