    Buyer Beware: Nice Fridge but not reliable

    I would give it 0 starts if I could. I don’t typically leave reviews but I figured I could save someone the trouble. I read positive reviews on this fridge before purchasing (I guess that’s the scamming in marketing), in less than two years of having this brand new Kitchen Aid fridge, it started malfunctioning. All my groceries started going to waste in less than a week. The only thing that works is the freezer and two produce drawers for cooling. Best Buy couldn’t help me since it was past (1) year of purchase. I had to call Kitchen Aid, and then they said it would cost me to repair or replace. Spend your money on a more reliable brand. I will be purchasing a Bosch model to replace this.

    Has a problem with the fridge being loud. Called the company who sent a third party tech. He checked the fridge and stated that its frame damage! This is day 3 of delivery.

    Kitchen aid refrigerator makes loud sounds

    Included in a Class Action Lawsuit

    This fridge has a design defect, well known problem with the condenser freezing over due to a design defect. It also has a hard time cooling. After the warranty it will most likely have issues as it did with mine and with many others, so much that it is being included in a class action lawsuit. It looks nice but that is all.

    Piece of garbage!

    I bought this refrigerator in Feb of 2022, before the end of the month it completely stopped working. Best buy was kind enough to replace it. Now 20 months later the mother board is fried causing loss of everything on the fridge and KitchenAid wont do a thing. $2000+ paperweight in my kitchen.

    A disappointing purchase and an expensive mistake

    It's a $4,000 fridge that barely operates the door dispenser. I had to hook up a wireless switch to reset all the time. Mostly because any static you have on you is likely to kill the electronics.

    WORST fridge in the market. Crashed after less than 2 years of use. Kitchenaid representatives are no help in warranty coverage and do NOT get in a hurry to "help" navigate a fix. DO NOT recommend this product or brand AT ALL. 0/5 stars.
