We love the accessibility of the compartments. The streak free doors are a plus. The only thing I notice is the freezer seal has condensation and I don’t know why? It might be a user error.

The refrigerator looks great on our kitchen, but the Best Buy techs that installed it were really great at their job. They were very polite, nice, and knowledgeable about their tasks.

Beyond loud, even before you add in the icemaker, making ice and the ice dropping. You can hear this refrigerator through a 2700 square-foot house running. we swapped out our kitchen from Samsung‘s to KitchenAid, the support from Best Buy and KitchenAid is dismal. The capacity even though it’s 26.2 ft.³ is a joke. The way the door shelving and the icemaker pushes into the interior takes up so much space. just trying to get a pizza box in there is nearly impossible. There is no depth. The two shelves in the freezer allows you inches at most for the height of anything to go in there and stop the doors from closing. The simplest thing that modern refrigerators have this does not have. It does not tell you what the temperature is in any of the compartments, you can set it at a particular temperature, but you don’t know if the refrigerator is at it. this will never make it 10 years like our Samsung refrigerator did. Spent hours multiple days trying to reach KitchenAid only to hear their voice recording. All staff is in training to better serve you, this one on for weeks. You go into the store where you purchased it Best Buy and they ask you to call their customer service 800 number and KitchenAid. It was purchased new (not floor sample!) and it came all dingy and missing components. The cop were delivery and having three doors removed so it could fit into the house was costly. they offset that with a gift card to Best Buy. I absolutely should never have accepted it. these are photos from minutes after it being delivered. timestamp. it’s missing all the dividers. I was promised numerous times they would get me the dividers., three months later, and I don’t have the drawer dividers. Dents on the inside, dirty wheels, and scratches on the glass. i’ve never had somebody follow up with me, from Best Buy or KitchenAid. I was actually told to hold on because once we get to Thanksgiving, the price would go down and I would get a credit back within the two months. what actually happened the price went up $800. from what I paid. they tricked me in to keep in this refrigerator and not retuning it. If anybody knows how to get somebody to contact me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Great refrigerator. It’s so quiet you don’t even know it’s running. The ice maker works wonderfully as well. Overall great experience getting it from Best Buy.

Love the lighting in this refrigerator, along with freezer cutout for storing pizzas.

The door shelves are too deep and cannot be adjusted to get milk gallons in and out easily without tipping or to accommodate wine bottles. The water dispenser line is too far forward since bar does not allow for depressing with the glass without spilling all over. You have to depress bar with your hand or use extremely wide glass.

The refrigerator doors are not aligned on a brand new Kitchenaid refrigerator. There is no light in the freezer. Completely dark. There are what appear to be suction cup marks all over the glass shelving with any kind of condensation. I cannot get them to clean out. Internet searches say they are permanent as care wasn't made when moving this glass? The water comes out in somewhat of a broken stream, not steady and laminar. It is dispensed somewhat turbulently, and broken, slowly. Annoying.

We love the KitchenAid fridge. It is so much better than our last fridge which was a side by side. Never had enough freezer space.

Love this fridge! The middle drawer helps organize all our meat and cheese. The ice in the door gives us the space we need in the top and 3 drawers in the freezer allow us to fit more items.

First impression was good, but after having it for few days what a disappointment, noisy and condensate build up under the French doors. Had to return and replaced with LG Max, so far happy with it.

Delivery went terrible. Door dented and refrigerator not level. Scratched front door on entry. Called in to report the dent and it hadn’t showed delivered so rep couldn’t help me.

I’ve been using this KitchenAid French Door Refrigerator for about a months now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. Still, that’s a very minor issue compared to the overall performance. Overall, this KitchenAid model perfectly blends design, functionality, and durability. It looks beautiful in the kitchen and performs exactly as a premium refrigerator should. Highly recommended for anyone upgrading to a modern, high-capacity French door design.

Great size. Interior is roomy. Middle drawer allows keeping main compartment closed if only need items from middle drawer. Ice compartment is smaller than my previous side by side, but more than adequate for our household. Ice/water dispenser easy to use and allows for tall containers to fit.
