Fridge is beautiful. Having some issues with getting it installed but no complaints.

Great fridgle, love the lock and space, deliver was great, only issue is freezer lights dimmed after about 1 year and just a hassle to call kitchen aid and argue over warrantee after 1 year and if its covered.

Purchased an open box model for a discounted price about a month ago. So far, so good. Looks great in our kitchen, very industrial but sleek look. Fit perfectly in our cabinet. Well-lit interior. Ice maker and dispenser works very well. The refrigerator is very quiet - the only noise we hear from it is the occasional drop of ice into the bucket.

Great refrigerator! Truly builds in with the cabinets and looks fantastic. There is plenty of space to fit a lot item on both sides. The stainless steel is truly smug proof. Of course it keep items and beverages cold. We absolutely love this appliance.

I love this Black Stainless Steel refrigerator! The size is the perfect fit for our subzero that stopped working. Interior is well lit and shelves are adjustable. Initially I did not want the water/ice dispenser as it does take away from freezer space, but find the crushed ice a nice option. The refrigerator is a great value for the money.

I love this refrigerator so far. Just installed but tons of room.

This is a very nice refrigerator. The only trouble is that they are made on demand and then Best Buy has to install it so get ready to wait. We waited for months. Just fair warning.

Solid refrigerator!!! Hope it'll last as long as our old one did. Easy to use. Being built-in, need professionals to install and deliver the beast but all worth it! Thank you to the entire team

had to replace a frig that was a lemon, so decided on this as a replacement, doing good wish freezer shelfs were a little bigger or all the same size. love the look of it in my kitchen

Big fridge that hold a lot which is what we were looking for. Wanted the Black stainless, but due to production issues we ended up with stainless.

Excelelnt choice; would buy it again many times over susposed high end brands like Dacor or Sub Zero---that are over priced to bergin with and have little longevity without continuous costly repairs.

I wish this Fridge had a quick access panel, otherwise the fridge is pretty awesome does what a fridge should do. The biggest question is will it last?

It’s a big refrigerator and should be nice due to the price listed. Hopefully it will be delivered as scheduled.

Great big fridge, it is stainless, fingerprint proof so it stays clean all of the time. So far it keeps everything very cold and it ie easy to find items

Major upgrade from our 15 year old GE monogram. Tremendous amount of space. Even cooling and it looks great.

product is good, but the service is very poor. the delivery guys were rushed, and support of explaining how this works.
