    I purchased this as a gift for my son who likes to cook, and who just settled into his new house. He told me that it works great and has been using it steadily since he got it in December. He cooks! Who knew?

    I find that this container is a bit too small for making salsa; if I had to do it again, I'd get a 6 cup vs. the 3.5 cup. The buttons and mechanism for chopping work well.

    I have arthritis so I'm sure this affected my trial use and the return of this item. I really did want the small chopper and wanted the brand KitchenAid...but it's design is such that I could not use easily. It is an awkward design no matter what...a big dissapointment.

    I love this powerful machine and it is perfect for daily kitchen jobs. It is just the right size for your counter top and it is very easy to clean and also easy to operate. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and the price was excellent. I do recommend it to others.
