Non-stick is better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These pans are are great looking. No matter what temperature I cook with it seems to stick. I watched numerous videos on youtube to make sure I was using these pans correctly. I now have 2 discolored pans and little black specs on the rest. I wish I could return them.
