    Well made soup pot. Just the right size for cooking for a hungry family. Very similar in quality to Viking cookware but at a lower cost. Heats evenly. Also like the glass top that lets you see without lifting lid and inside quantity markings. It does hold the heat for quite a while after turning off the stove, so I did learn to shorten time on recipes because is continues to cook longer than my other pots.

    Hottest pot ive ever used on a gas range, literally! The material heats up consistantly and holds that heat. Perfect for making big batches of homemade soups.
