    KitchenAid quality not up to the name of the brand

    Purchase this wall oven along with all matching KitchenAid kitchen appliances. we’ve had 2 ice maker problems initially with the refrigerator we’ve had a problem with the oven Stainless finish twice including A razor bottom sharp edge and a replacement part for a dented panel that has been attempted three times with the wrong replacement or a damaged replacement being sent instead every time. The made in America logo is not the fix for poor workmanship. The best warranties are those you don’t have to invoke. With initial quality and finish being sacrificed for a highly reputable brand name I am seriously concerned about how these appliances will fare with use in time.

    Lousy Quality

    The oven looks great and works well. However, the blue enamel paint has started to chip off the bottom of my oven. Nothing but soap and water used to clean. And we only use our oven about 3 times a week. Less than a year after installation the best KitchenAid can offer is to send some paint so we can "repair" it ourselves. If I had it to do over I would NOT purchase a KitchenAid OR a blue enamel oven. I've been baking for more than 40 years, have lived a lot of places and had a lot of ovens, but none as disappointing as this one. I will never buy another KitchenAid and unless you want to be extremely disappointed neither should you.

    THERMAL FUSE FAILS

    Do Not buy. I purchased in Nov. 2016. Thermal fuse failed 3 months after install. Was under warranty and they replaced it. Thermal fuse failed again in December 2017. Warranty ended 1 month earlier, so this cost me $350. Thermal fuse just failed for the third time. This product is a LEMON.

    I’m sooo disappointed of your service. First, they’ve come to deliver my Oven but it turn out your sales representative sold me the wrong one. It’s smaller than my old one. Second, they’ve scheduled me last 12/17 for delivery and have to cancel again due to somebody got sick. You should other options or back up for delivery :-(

    Bad Experience- New Motherboard needed

    Major issues with this oven at year 4 and year 5. Had to get new mother board (months delay due to supply chain) and then fuse kept burning out even after fixes.

    Defective unit, Poor customer service, waste of $$

    This oven has never worked properly. The lights flicker, the door doesn't shut properly, the convection fan sounds like an airplane, and the cleaning setting doesn't work at all. It is a complete lemon that Best Buy nor Kitchen Aid will fix or replace. A total waste of $2500.
