We’ve had this oven for 15 months and have had repeated problems with it. I’ve never owned a kitchen appliance that has thrown up so many errors or not worked less than 18 months of ownership. It seems to not like cooking food over 425°. It will often throw an error, something about the display or a key being stuck. If you keep hitting cancel, it’ll eventually start working angain after 30 minutes but not today, on NY Day and with family in town from out of state. Complete waste of money and I did my research with Consumer Reports before I purchased, too. The inside is a pretty blue color. That’s the only thing I can think of to give it one star. The person who installed it from Best Buy seemed a little shady, too. He charged me almost $300 extra for something I wasn’t expecting. He just seemed off to me but I had to trust him. Now we’re realizing there’s no fuse in our control panel connected to the oven? How is that even possible? We’ve been treated well by Best Buy through the years and I expect they’ll make this right for us but what a mess. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to warn others.

Purchase this wall oven along with all matching KitchenAid kitchen appliances. we’ve had 2 ice maker problems initially with the refrigerator we’ve had a problem with the oven Stainless finish twice including A razor bottom sharp edge and a replacement part for a dented panel that has been attempted three times with the wrong replacement or a damaged replacement being sent instead every time. The made in America logo is not the fix for poor workmanship. The best warranties are those you don’t have to invoke. With initial quality and finish being sacrificed for a highly reputable brand name I am seriously concerned about how these appliances will fare with use in time.

Purchased this oven when we remodeled the kitchen. KitchenAid had a good reputation until the unit died after a little bit over a year. Have Best Buy Total Tech to cover and they are trying their 3rd attempt to fix it after a 3 month period of ordering parts and reschedules on my part and theirs. KitchenAid is really a rebranded Whirlpool to make it look fancy. Knowing what I know now, I would NOT buy this unit or any other rebranded Whirlpool with an upcharge to make it look nice. You can dress up a pig all you want but it's still a pig.

The oven looks great and works well. However, the blue enamel paint has started to chip off the bottom of my oven. Nothing but soap and water used to clean. And we only use our oven about 3 times a week. Less than a year after installation the best KitchenAid can offer is to send some paint so we can "repair" it ourselves. If I had it to do over I would NOT purchase a KitchenAid OR a blue enamel oven. I've been baking for more than 40 years, have lived a lot of places and had a lot of ovens, but none as disappointing as this one. I will never buy another KitchenAid and unless you want to be extremely disappointed neither should you.

The salesman specifically told me that this oven would heat from the bottom element, and that the fan would not be running during baking. With the convection fan going on and off during bake mode everything cooks faster and I have to watch it to make sure my food does not overcook.

Do Not buy. I purchased in Nov. 2016. Thermal fuse failed 3 months after install. Was under warranty and they replaced it. Thermal fuse failed again in December 2017. Warranty ended 1 month earlier, so this cost me $350. Thermal fuse just failed for the third time. This product is a LEMON.

This oven has never worked properly. The lights flicker, the door doesn't shut properly, the convection fan sounds like an airplane, and the cleaning setting doesn't work at all. It is a complete lemon that Best Buy nor Kitchen Aid will fix or replace. A total waste of $2500.

I’m sooo disappointed of your service. First, they’ve come to deliver my Oven but it turn out your sales representative sold me the wrong one. It’s smaller than my old one. Second, they’ve scheduled me last 12/17 for delivery and have to cancel again due to somebody got sick. You should other options or back up for delivery :-(

Worst delivery system ever. It really is disappointing in every way. It’s too bad that I big corporate like Best Buy has a very inefficient unprofessional and complicated delivery system

I still do not have this item. They have cancelled and rescheduled and im told it hasn’t left the warehouse. This is an august purchase. Not at all pleased

Ordered this in January and won't see it until March, maybe!

Lasted just until the delivery team left, then threw an error code and turned off. Chatted with Best Buy support, they can't help until the oven has been here a full 24 hours. Tried calling then and got "disconnected". Now on phone with KitchenAid.

Horrible as it can’t go over 400 degrees without tripping into error code and shutting down when open the door at higher temps. A true catastrophe at times mid meal cooking. Sickening when realize the cost to fix is huge and it won’t fix this problem.

Major issues with this oven at year 4 and year 5. Had to get new mother board (months delay due to supply chain) and then fuse kept burning out even after fixes.
