Absolutely love this fridge. Very easy to set up and keeos everything very cool/frozen and the color is better in person. When it was delivered it had a cracked drawer casing on the bottom right, we called Best Buy and they sending a agent to come replace it in a week. Even with that hickup its been a very easy fix and experience

Very spacious and clean looking with the wood trim looks very high end works as described only think I dislike is water dispenser is a straight shot down when dispensing

The refrigerator has lots of space and is very attractive. However, the doors are a little difficult to close

So far so good. Purchase was great, delivery flawless, installation clean. Refers tend to need to be reviewed 5-years out. The bottom drawer opening requires both doors to be opened. Wife likes it, I think it could be designed to afford opening with a single door. I’d like more flexibility on shelf placement but we knew what we were getting and it is a very pretty fridge.

I didn't realize how poor the lighting is inside the machine. Both the refrigerator and the freezer when I was looking at it in the store. When it was delivered the plastic covering on the outside is almost impossible to remove. Also not really much shelf space either, needs additional shelfs.

I really love this fridge. It looks great in my kitchen — the stainless steel finish gives it a clean, modern look, and it’s easy to wipe down. The water and ice dispenser work great, and the ice tastes clean. It also runs really quietly, which I appreciate since my kitchen opens up to the living room. Overall, I’m really happy with it — it looks good, keeps everything cold, and just works like it should. Definitely worth it if you want a solid, good-looking fridge that you don’t have to fuss with.

The online ordering process was great. The Best Buy representative was very knowledgeable and efficient. They helped answering any questions, place the order, and schedule the delivery. The delivery personnel were on time and professional. Above all the new appliance was installed and works as expected. Highly recommend Best Buy for any household appliances.

This fridge has everything you could want space, cold-filtered water and a user friendly freezer layout.

I prefer it will have additional other things as a tray in water dispenser and additional trays on door And the door are mismatched

It is beautiful and very quiet. It keeps things very cold. Kitchenaid doesn’t disappoint

Love this French door style. Using both drawers in freezer compartments. Plenty of deep shelving in fridge & adjustable. Side doors on right side are deep enough for milk & juices. Deli drawer is twice as large as my old one.

So far so good only thing is the ice bin is not very big we go thru a lot of ice so we will see if this one can keep up the last kitchenaid we had we ran out of ice all the time and had to buy bags of ice
