We’re very pleased with our purchase of this KitchenAide built-in fridge. The delivery and installation went smoothly and on schedule. The lighting is exceptional and shelf storage is very flexible. We also appreciate the oversized and efficient ice maker. We’d buy it again.

The unit is an exact replacement of an older unit. It’s great. Unfortunately the delivery and install initially wasn’t. Had to get their A team in to get it done. Demand the best installers if you buy this unit

Incredibly disappointed in this KitchenAid refrigerator. Have have had a ton of problems in the 14 months we’ve had it and now it’s out of warranty and they refuse to classify it as a lemon. I expected more for a $7K refrigerator

The led lights failed after 1 yr . I expected more from a eight thousand dollar fridge.

We had it delivered and installed, and it was not working. They are going to replace it with another one. I just hope that replacement works.

Purchased this model in May 2020. Since then 4 LED bulbs have died. Bulbs die every 4 to 6 months. The bulbs are wired in a series circuit like Christmas tree lights so when 1 bulb dies many of the lights in the freezer and refrigerator go out. A $9,000 refrigerator should not do this. I’m sure the engineers thought LED bulbs would have to be replaced less frequently. But LEDs were not designed for frequent repeated ON/OFF cycles that occur with opening and closing a refrigerator. That activity kills these LED bulb so they die much sooner than the typical refrigerator bulb. Kitchen aid needs to find a solution to this problem. It’s really annoying.

this refrigerator is less than 3 months old was not working- phoned kitchen aid- they were closed for the week end- finally got to them after a 50 minute wait on the phone- earliest that they could send a teck was over 2 weeks!!give me a break 9,000 fridge, 3 months old- come on had it repaired by an other technician-mother board was defective- had to replace- cost me 2,995.00 for repair- trying to collect from mfg- good luck to me in general - quite a bad experience
