Due to great sale price and looked super high-end I went for it! KitchenAid products are top tier! Anyway I'm a gas oven guy and when this oven arrived I noticed you needed the 240v electric outlet. So you need a gas in-line AND the requirements for a electric stove.. a special feature is a gas range on top and a electric oven inside for baking..I figured a regular outlet would work, I was wrong! It's not common for people to have both connections in their kitchen so do your homework before purchase...

It is very nice did not want to purchase a new range. The installers of our new counter tops broke the glass top on our Jen-Aire we were unable to install an all gas range and oven so had to purchasethis KitchenAid dual Fuel range. The gas top is fine but the oven is taking some time to learn to use electric heat again. It takes longer to heat and longer to bake. Overall it is okay just doesn't have as many features as the JennAir. When we purchased our options were very limited so We purchased what we could.

At first the oven temperature was not accurate, and now it is. The burners low settings are not low. They stay the same as the med. high. I have tried to contact Geek Squad to come out and adjust them, but I was told that wasn't possible, that I would have to contact the manufacturer. I am going to try and call the store direct.y and see if they can help.

Went to Best Buy looking for the perfect stove and I found it! I loved how they delivered my stove right on time and they called me before they came. The stove itself works great and is perfect for our family needs. I also love the small sliding out grill. Another plus is how it's easy to clean and great for baking.

Very nice range. If you need a down draft this is really your only option. I replaced an old Jennair, and I am very happy with the quality of this range.

This dual fuel is great. Large capacity and simple in design. It replaced a 26 year old jenn-air dual fuel. This stove compared to the old jenn-air has come a long,long way.

I have only used this for a weekend, but it seems great! I did have a bit of trouble with the timer once, but then the system rebooted and it seems fine now. I’ll keep this review updated if there is a change!!

It is so nice to have a gas stove top which gives me more control. I haven't burned anything since buying this range. The electric oven is super bright and the temperature is accurate. I really like the addition of the nonstick griddle which comes in very handy.

Good and only option for downdraft. The vent is a bit loud and changes the direction of the flames causing uneven cooking. The top dials location collects any food steam or splashes. That area also easily scratches. Wish it had a simmer setting.

Wasnt very excited that since i had to have a downdraft range in my house i had to spend so much on a stove because this was literally the only option. But ive been extremely happy with it in the time i have had it.

Very easy to use. Some ductwork necessary to accommodate this after we got rid of our old Jenair oven, but worth it.

Horrible.this item was sold to me defective and without a critical component part-the downdraft. I have not been able to speak to anyone in person who can help to resolve this and am told that the soonest it will be functioning due to parts missing / replaced is February. Best Buy please have someone contact me to address this issue. It’s been a most frustrating and time intensive experience.
