Prospective buyers should be aware: this range has 27-28" depth, deeper than standard; countertop must be cut deeper! It also has a 4 prong cord plug requiring a 4 prong receptacle ( electrician needed), and the cord comes with the range; no refund rec'd from Best Buy. There was also no installation by delivery people (altho it was paid for). Finally working.

This review is for my overall experience - I never actually received the product. I purchased this item on July 9, choosing to do so from Best Buy because they showed it as available, whereas it was on back order elsewhere. They charged my credit card, then a day later informed me that it was indeed back ordered and earliest delivery was mid-August. Okay, I accepted that with a sigh. I paid for installation with a third-party vendor through Best Buy because I have an existing gas range that needed to be removed. But on the day of delivery they sent a team that wasn’t qualified to touch gas. They apologized, got us rescheduled for 8 days later with the “correct” team. But on that 2nd delivery date, the same team came. More profuse apologies - “we’ll escalate this to management to get it straightened out”. After more than an hour being bounced around on the phone, I was informed by someone in their “Home Services” office (who was certainly not a fluent English speaker) that Best Buy does not handle uninstalling gas ranges, nor do they contract with anyone who does. I was told that was on me to arrange, and the customer service teams who said otherwise were wrong to have offered that service. I asked to cancel the order and have my payment refunded - but that required yet another, 30 minute, phone call. The moral of the story: Don’t trust Best Buy when it comes to home appliances. They’re either liars or idiots.
