Bought this open box unit. Took it abroad to my vacation home. Screen turns on but the cooktop surface doesnt heat up at all. I had it installed in my granite and now have to take it out. There is no customer care no international service for this since its abroad. So i basically lost my 500$ plus.

Took a short time to figure out the controls,. but once you figure it out it works great. Heats well and we like the different zones for the size of your pans. The safety lock wonderful especially when we have small curious kittens that haven't learned the word down.

While beautiful you have to be really careful. I tend to be OCD about my kitchen but have already stained the cook top with some splashing pasta water. If you don't clean it when it just happens it will leave a mark. Cooks well and looks beautiful but upkeep is essential.

I love this cooktop because it is so easy to clean. The cooking sensors are amazing. The only thing that was not so great is that it is pretty sensitive. If you have something on the cooktop it will lock out. Then you have to unplug it or in my case, shut the fuse box off and turn back on. That is a bit of a hassle. I just need to remember to hit the lock button. Otherwise I love everything about this stovetop

This was a replacement cook top. The performance is great and the different burner sizes a real plus.

Love this cook top! Features are very use friendly. The heating coils respond quickly and keep the temperature very even. We love Kitchen Aid products and this is no disappointment.

I love having 5 burners to cook on. It really heats pans fast and super easy to keep clean.

Product is easy to install with a few modifications to my counter. Product itself there could be an issue with an H staying lit up. H means burners are hot but there is no burner hot or even on. Middle burner doesnt stay on. I am calling customer service on Monday to figure out what the problem is.

This cook top had it all! The melt and simmer settings are a must have!

Kitchen Aid is a great brand and this surface was for a family member who didn't want gas. Works great and super easy to clean. Important to note you need good pans for this type of range otherwise they may not heat evenyly. That is for all of this type regardless of brand though.

It has been exactly 2 years and my cooktop no longer works. It shorts out every time we use it and I must now crawl underneath and unplug and replug it in before each use. I am really surprised by the quality of it. And apparently, there is no warranty left so the option of replacement is nill. Wow! I am an elite plus member and I had no idea that Best Buy and Kitchenaide would not stand by their products. Apparently, TOTAL TECH SUPPORT gives you only a 20% Discount off a repair. Don't bother buying Total Tech Support. REALLY DISAPPOINTING!

Easy to install. The glass top doesn’t scratch when using aluminum pots. Heat controls are very accurate. Clean up with a wet sponge and a non scratch pad.

Nice but, gets smudged really easy and not to easy to clean.

I bought this for a rental property. I'm happy with it. No problems.

We wanted a flush cooktop with no knobs sticking out. The cooktop is nicely made, and the layout of the burners is well thought out. Very pleased with the purchase.

I learn that you need to have 2 napkins close so you can wipe anything grease or water inmidiately so will be very easy to clean up

The range top is sleek and futuristc looking. The problem is its a bit cumbersome to use. There are no knobs so you adjust everything with touch and slide. The problem is that you end up chaining the power for the wrong cooktop all the time. Also, sometimes with wet hands it doesn't respond. .

I love the five cooking surfaces, especially the ones with two or three size options. The lock feature helps prevent accidental use. The surface is, regrettably, difficult to keep looking pristine.

Easy install, looks great. Small learning curve to operate, but it isn’t difficult.
