We purchased this and got about 30% more cooking space with the knobs up front. Plus BTU strength appears to have doubled from what we were using. Little pricey, but Best Buy did price match and did install. All went well. I also think you get what yiu pay for. While expensive, there is no comparison to the cheap range the builder put into the house when it was built.

It works so efficiently with the low burners and the hot ones. I would recommend this product to everyone who requires quality without paying outrageous prices for the "gourmet type" high dollar brands.

Because it was under factory warranty Best Buy would not get involved to assist even though that is where we purchased. A replacement was finally approved by kitchenaid after 10 months of appointments of failed fixes.
