Looks good and works well. Its one of the few down draft cooktops available

Had to up grade wiring as old stove top was 30 amps. Easy to install, works great and looks elegant

Wonderful 36 in cooktop with a downdraft. Only complaint, like all cooktops similar to this, is that rings are left on the top but clean easily with cooktop cleaner. Quick and even heating.

One burner (on the lower left hand side didn't work). The technician came to fit it. Currently, it works very well. Thanks so much for the excellent service! Best wishes in the holidays season.

Terrible, just after a week it looked as bad as my 15 years old stove. now after 2 years still ugly. If I tell someone its only 2 years old they wont believe me. I tried all possible tricks I can see on youtube to keep it clean but it got scratches.

The cooktop was the closest to what I wanted. It was installed just before the holidays. It was a welcome addition to our kitchen.

Read a review that cooktop scratches. Because of that comment, I have been extra careful and vigilant. Well after 3 months of using, I have two significant scratches. As a reference, my last cooktop had no scratches after 10 years! And I didn’t baby it, like I am doing with this one. Move along and purchase another brand. I was going to buy a KA refrigerator, but now going with GE.

It’s an Excellent product /Appliance for my Kitchen.

I waited quite awhile for this cooktop to become available which is not a good start. Its much more expensive too with the downdraft fan, I mean a lot more. Placed the order and it took over 6 weeks to arrive. The cooktop cooks really well and the fan is quite effective for a downdraft fan, much better than the previous model we had which was the same brand and size. One thing is the same though and that is the marks on the cooktop from cooking that you cant seem to get off. I think most glass cooktops get those marks, its like a scuff mark of some sort but the glass is smooth, just a mark from the pot around the outer edges of the element. Aside from that we are happy with its performance !
