High quality professional range.

Oven controls excellent. Burners perform very well, especially the simmer burner. Griddle is only disappointment...slow to heat, and absolutely everything sticks to it like super glue.

I enjoy the lock feature so the kids can't come over and press the buttons. Only thing I wish it had was a more modern look or option to purchase updated door handle.

Plus we love the commercial grade sturdiness and look. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because we're having an issue with the fan.

Our absolute favorite thing is the griddle. We were afraid to use it at first as it is so shiny and pretty. It cooks beautifully and cleans up looking like new!

It looks like an amazing piece of equipment, it isn't. The griddle is worthless. Takes forever to heat up, pancakes stick, eggs stick, everyone hing sticks. No matter how much oil, water or butter I use on anything it sticks. I know how to cook on stainless steel, it doesnt matter. I'm surprised both companies let this one the shelf with their name on it. I wish I could exchange it. So disappointed I wasted $6500. Ugh.
