This range has exceeded our expectations so far. The controls are easy to use and it cooks and bakes evenly. And it looks good.

The kitchenaide range with warming drawer is great. very sleek design. all push button - no knobs. with controls on back people don't accidently turn burners on when leaning against the front while congregating in the Kitchen. easy to operate. easy to install. just attach the power cord and plug it in and it is ready to go. warming drawer is great for entertaining

We were replacing a gas stove with electric and had already bought and returned an LG which was a big disappointment, although it had nice features. This kitchenaid was their basic model, but covered more than required and the performance was good. It heated quickly, had the safety features we wanted, and was relatively reasonably priced. All in all, a good purchase.

This is a beautiful ceramic top stove. I have had no issues with it's functionality or features. The only constructive criticism I have is the warming drawer could be a tad bigger in the height department. Would absolutely recommend.

    Buyer Beware!

We bought a full set of KitchenAid appliances based on the outstanding reputation of quality and the features. However, about 2 months after purchase we got an error code: F6E9. The first time it let us clear it so we did and thought nothing of it. Then it came back with a message to call service. That's when the headaches began. After 2 service visits to diagnose and 2 service visits to repair (the error code returning each time), we said a prayer that it was "repaired". Shortly after, the error code tauntingly payed us another visit. So far all repair attempts were unsuccessful, even with the tech working directly with their engineer on the phone. The F6E9 error code is not in the manual and they said shouldn't even exist on this model. They have no idea how to fix it. We called customer service once again and ask for our case to be escalated. I finally speak with a helpful gentleman and he convinced me to allow them to attempt repair once more and said that he would replace the stove no questions asked if anything else at all were to go wrong within 6 months. We were skeptical but hopeful this final service would fix it. The tech came again to diagnose a third time and attempted to repair a third time (for a total of 6 visits by service). At this point we basically have a shell of the original stove we ordered because all of the cables and electronics have been gutted and replaced. Shortly after, the error came back and after a 7th call to customer support (to which I had to start all over because the "helpful" gentlemen I escalated the case to was no longer returning my phone calls to his direct line), they agreed to exchange the unit. I stay home from work a 7th time to take delivery of a new unit that had a malfunctioning button and had to refuse it. Immediately called Kitchenaid and they apologized and said they would deliver another new one. The new one came and all seemed great. We're now two weeks into owning the brand new stove and the F6E9 that plagued us on the original stove is back! I could cry. I really wanted to like this stove even giving it a second chance thinking the first we got was a lemon. However after reading other negative reviews this definitely seems to be a deeper flaw as it sounds like they have the exact same problem. Now I'm left with who knows how many more time consuming calls to customer service and trying to figure out what to do as I now likely will end up with a range that will not match the original set we purchased. Off to another call to customer service....
