Had this oven for less than a year with FOUR service calls. Nothing bakes in it. The inside of EVERYTHING is gooey while the outside is burnt. Latest technician did the test. The oven temp was set to 350. It swung DOWN to 313 and up to 377. That's a range of 64 degrees. I call bull. Evidently, Whirlpool says this is 'normal.' For a $3500 stove/oven, this is NOT 'normal.' Whirlpool will do NOTHING to remedy this situation. Absolutely NOTHING. I believed they were a decent company but no longer. Note: we have a brand new microwave that has been repaired twice also. Guess the name brand. WHIRLPOOL. NEVER EVER AGAIN

It's a constant fight to use this oven. It heats unevenly and the temperature needs to be adjusted fairly regularly and that's not the bad part. The bad part is that it takes 25 or more minutes to preheat the oven to a moderate 375°. It's prohibitively long and I end up simply not baking. I would skip this oven, it's pretty terrible.
