We love everything about this range with one exception, it seems to take a long time to warm up. However, once warm, it's great.

I like everything about the dual fuel range. I would like to see improvement to the burner covers. They aren’t heavy enough.

The oven seemed good at first but after only one week both oven lights stopped working. Called kitchen aid and they sent repairman out. He ordered parts and after two additional weeks I’m still waiting for parts to arrive. Frustrating for brand new oven.

Great addition to our kitchen. Large capacity, true temperatures. We have had large family gatherings at Thanksgiving and Christmas so it got a work out and passed with flying colors!

I am loving this new stove. We are building a house and so excited to use it.

beautiful oven. It took 4 people to finally get instructions on how to use it. It took 6 months to arrive from the purchase date. I needed a trim kit and no one seem to know what it was.

We like the baking drawer for additional cooking area during times of large gatherings. Top cleans off easily.

It hasn't been delivered. Was due on 4/11. I was disappointed!

They’re was an internal gas leak they tried fixing, but did not work. Not helpful in replacing in a reasonable timeframe. Bought one from Lowe’s & delivered next day. Also, would not pick up the defective one for over a week.

Thought kitchen aid were the best Inside doesn’t heat evenly

Replacement dual fuel oven/range fit into the island cut out surprisingly well. Wish there were more choices for trim kits. The burners are quite powerful and easy to control. The oven is cavity is large, and so takes a while to preheat, but it is quite versatile, and I like the proofing feature.the water clean processed low temperature works amazingly well. Even with pizza droppings it sponged out quite easily. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the purchase. The surface cooling fan did have to be replaced at installation, but the service was excellent.

Our KitchenAid range is 4 years old, bought it for kitchen remodel. Like all the features. It does take a while to reach desired cook temp. But the disappointing part is the ovens element after 4 years is wearing out and needs replacement. Furthermore.....two gas burners on the cooktop are wearing out, causing soot on the bottom of pans. The burners need repair. Having to spend a total of $500 in repairs. I have been very diligent on keeping this range clean so it will perform well. This range is a disappointment.
