Love this, best thing I have bought for myself

Great Mixer for all Bakers

I read all the reviews and decided on the Empire Red Artisan mixer. I love the way it looks on my counter. I also like the fact that it included the flour shield and this bowl has the handle which makes it easier to handle. My old bowl would sometimes get stuck and I had a difficult time loosening it, but the handle makes it so easy.

Easy to use

I am happy to have one that cn finally do the job without worrying about it overheatinting in the middle of a job. This mixer handles all the jobs quite well so far.
