I purchased this for my wife who has arthritis in her hands. She loves to bake. This mixer does all the mixing for her so she can continue to do what she loves without the pain.

I've personally had a Kitchenaid stand mixer for around 10 years at this point and it makes baking so much easier. I purchased this as a gift for a family member and I can't recommend is enough.

I always thought a stand mixer was a waste of money, but now that I have one I know it’s a necessity. This thing will whip through anything, it’s solid and I love the milkshake color!

Mixes great. Much better than a hand mixer or my Oster Kitchen Center mixer. Blended items quickly and with the optional mixing attachment I did not have to stop to scrape the sides at all which made the task much quicker.

This stand mixer cut down my cookie making time by half, and I avoided straining my hands from mixing the thick dough manually. It mixed slow when the dough thickened, so I exchanged it with another kitchen aide with higher watts of 550 for the same price that was on Deal of the Day.

This mixer is such a huge improvement over what I have been using for quite a few years. I am not a "Betty Crocker", but I do use recipes at least once a week that require the use of a mixer...and this one is ideal for my needs.
