    Do not know why I waited so long to get one of these. it has made foods a whole lot easier to mix and reduced the amount of time it takes to prepare meals.

    It came out of the box looking great all of the features worked really well. Feels sturdy. The only thing is that all settings worked until you turn it up to 10, then it sparked out of the back and the breaker flips off. Not great. It was past the 30 days return to Best Buy, but kitchen aide was really good and sent a new one out very fast. Not great that the first one did not work, but everything got fixed and handled professionally.

    Used only once so far trying to make cinnamon rolls. Even though I washed the. Beaters well before use , the dough turned out grey others have reported the same outcome. Not sure what to do about this. The mixer seemed to work well but I just can't give 5 stars @ this point because of the grey issues. Any suggestions?
