Very nice grinder, easy to use and you can just keep your beans in the top and grind as you go daily. solid build but the dial on the side is very cheap compared to the rest of the unit.

Overall good quality grinder. Plastic construction but is very rigid and actually well assembled. Looks good in the kitchen BUT, it does NOT grind fine enough for espresso, and going to more coarse results in some inconsistent grinds so keep that in mind.

Lasted a little over a year. Did what it was supposed to do and did it well. Until it didn’t. Would expect better from kitchen aide.

It works well only for the drip grind function but not well for the espresso grind with a porta filter.. it over filled the porta filter but most disappointed that it doesn't have a manual stop/start grind ability like the brevile grinder does (pressing the porta filter in engages the grinder)..

It grinds my coffee nicely for making batches of cold brew concentrate. Use 9 ounces of coffee, course ground, per batch. I set the grinder to do 12 cups and that is usually just a bit over 3 ounces, so I do that twice then estimate how much to grind for the third round, 9-10 cup setting perhaps.

It came in a HUGE box. It also has a nice heavy feel to it making it feel very solid. Sound? Barely there. The ice from the refrigerator door makes more noise. Easy to set up, perfect grind for my drip coffee maker. Almost no static. Ill update after a few washes. It was a birthday present for myself. Im glad I splurged. **keep in mind the coffee scoop that comes with it also has the cleaning brush attached.

Grinds consistent size grains and isn’t very loud.

Great coffee grinder. Not only aesthetically pleasing to the eye, it’s also super quiet. Each grind setting actually produces different textures compared to other grinders. Grinder can be programmed which is great if you enjoy waking up to that coffee smell. Worth the spent money. Won’t disappoint.

For the first year we owned it this grinder was literally perfect but right after the warranty ran out it began producing a TON of static which has caused a big mess nearly every time we grind. Very disappointed. Would not buy again

For french press, pour over, and maybe aero-press lovers this grinder is close to perfect. It's relatively quiet, very easy to use, and can be fine tuned for just about any preference... Unless that preference in espresso. Even with the grinder set to the finest possible amount on the dial and internal burr grinder setting, I can't get the proper pull length on my espresso machine. Everything else is great but that part is disappointing.
