I purchased this mixer on black Friday for my wife's Christmas present. She previously had a hand mixer. We've had it for about 7 months now. It has been used for cookies, cakes, butter cream, school project salt dough, and homemade pizza dough. She loves the hands free mixing as she can do other things while this bad boy does its job. Would definitely recommend for anyone as a first time stand mixer. Easy to use even for the dad in the kitchen.

The Kitchenaid stand mixer is essential for anyone who uses their kitchen to actually cook and not just store food to be warmed up. My mother has had hers for 30+ years and is still going strong. I finally bought my girlfriend one. She loves it.

I bought this for my daughter who is now living on her own. I have had one for 25 years and absolutely love it!!! Its a must for the home cook !! I use it all the time, even bought the meat grinder and the pasta maker attachments.

Works well I love the color but it is very heavy. It gets the job done very fast and well.

I'm young and have arthritis is all my joints and I love to bake but have not been baking alot, especially during the winter months when my arthritis is at his worst. I especially love to bake around the holidays! I saw this on sale and couldn't resist and I am so glad I did! I now bake things in half the time and the foods come out fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone but especially anyone with arthritis. I bake cookies, I mash my potatoes and the dough for my pizza is better than when I did it by hand. Great purchase and great price!

I love my Kitchenaid I have bought one for each of my children. I owned my original for over 20 years before my daughter bought me a new one for Christmas several years ago. I would never own any other brand. Great product.

I don't know why it taken me so long to write this but I just got to tell you this is a must have in everyone kitchen. I like baking but since I have purchase this item I love to bake. It whipped some delicious mashed potatoes it was so creamy. My pies and cakes are so yummy that I just wanted to have my own bake sale. This mixer does everything I brought many of the attachments.

The KitchenAid classic stand mixer replaced a sunbeam stand mixer I had owned for several years. This stand mixer has far exceeded my expectations. This KitchenAid stand mixer is solid, dependable, and performs the most basic of jobs easily . Batters come out smooth and whipped peaks stand mountains higher. Accessories are aimed at ease of use, increased productivity, and adds to greater results. It is the perfect aid for a beginner and the best assistant for a master.

The first time I bought “girl” toy on Black Friday. I love this mixer & very very happy to make cream puffs. It’s easy to use & clean. Looking forward to buy more KitchenAid stuffs.

If you don't have this mixer yet, spend the money NOW. Wait for a sale though. I think the regular price is a bit too high. You don't need a more powerful model than this for the home. I have yet to find something it cannot do. The hamburger grinder attachment is an absolute must! Just pour in bowl, start mixing, walk away and continue meal preparation. When done a quick wipe of the stainless steel bowl is so quick and easy.

I am enjoying my mixer. It is easy to clean and I am pleased with the quality. I am a little disappointed that ingredients at the bottom center of the bowl don’t get thoroughly mixed without stopping the mixer several times to manual stir them.

I’ve been eyeing a kitchenaid for the past couple months but couldn’t justify the price; especially since I’m not a great baker but when I saw that this was on sale for only about $280 I knew I had to get it! The price was so good for this because these usually run up to $450. The color is great and replacing the parts are so easy! Definitely recommend.

KitchenAid's classic stand mixer is a solid buy for the price. Is a very sturdy, well made product that offers multiple mix speeds and easy to use. If you enjoy baking goodies, this unit is for you.

I bought this for my wife because I love her baking. She has always used those cheapo Black and Decker beaters and their motor would burn out and I would have to buy her another one every couple of years. Well I got this for her birthday/Mother's day and she was thrilled! This mixer is so well made and solid, that I won't have to worry about missing out on her chocolate chip cookies! Price might be a little steep compared to $15 bucks a B&D beater but worth it.

This is a great mixer. I was looking at the higher priced models, however this provides enough for me and am truly happy that I ended up purchasing it. Been looking at stand mixers for a while.

Finally have one! Always wanted one in my life; now that arthritis is advancing, this KitchenAid takes me back to my glory days. A little heavy to move around, so make sure it's in a spot where you can do everything, my banana bread, homemade choco cookies came out great! Now for moms vintage 3 leches cake and carrot cake! Have fun!!

I bought this for my wife for Christmas a year and a half ago, and she's still using it and loving it. And also, the salesperson helping me with picking it out did a great job!

I bought this stand mixer to break into the baking world. It worked great for making cookies, cakes and pizza dough. Made me want to bake more. So much so that I ordered a larger one for bigger batches. I use this one for smaller recipes with the kiddos! Definitely a good mixer for regular, everyday baking.

I agree with most of the reviewers for giving it 5 stars. It’s powerful and works as expected. I don’t use it for everything though. The downside is that it is very heavy. I have placed a towel under it to slide it toward when I need to use it. For baking quick cakes and breads, I use my hand held mixer.

The Kitchenaid mixer is worth every penny. It is the best stand mixer you can get- so much better than anything else. Also, it will cause your recipes to "work" better because most recipes are made for the kitchenaid when describing mixing times. Your baked goods will always be better after using one.
