Had to wait for the oven as it wasn't available until March/April 2020. Delivery went well under COVID-19 requirements. Install was perfect and the oven worked well from Day 1. Love cooking with gas and the oven doesn't fail in that regard The WiFi function is great, as it allows me to preheat the oven prior to getting home (take and bake pizza). Recommend for those looking for a commercial oven!

Everything I could ever wish for in a stove. The fact that I can preheat my oven while on the way home is a game changer. Dishes cook evenly and every sing thing taste better than it has with homecoming in years. I’m so happy that I made the increment.

This looks really nice, is simple to use, has the options I need.

Our stove and convection microwave by KitchenAid were delivered, installed correctly and the old ones were taken away. We are happy with the courteous service people from Best Buy. From sales person in the store, contact through the phone, the delivery and set up people were all great.

This oven is great, looks fantastic, looks exactly at the temperature I set it for, the instructions for care are very easy to understand, the stainless steel front is easy to clean with the Oven cleaner. I am very happy with my kitchenaid gas range

Ordered this gas range with the hope it would fit in a remodeled kitchen island, it’s perfect and we love LOVE it!!

Do not buy KitchenAid gas range. It cracks, cheap material. I am going to return mine. Didnt expect that cheap material for $4k gas range. Crap!!! Dont waste your money and time.

Amazing BBY delivery and install experience… 5 stars for that! Range is beautiful. Performance so far is very powerful and even. I wish it had a center burner for a griddle like the non Commerical grade. I wish the Wi-Fi functionality did more. I wish KitchenAid had better content on their website and better support with buying gap fillers for back and sides. So far I’m just not sure this is worth the 3x higher price. If I had to choose again, I’d go non commercial grade.

I bought this stove bc I loved the look of it. It got delivered and the stove had a gas leak on one of the burners, it was replaced. Well I have another stove n still every time I cook I have a headache and feel dizzy, I hear the gas on the front burners. Also the smell of the oven is so strong and I’ve turned it on so many times. I have to go get tested bc I think I feel sick only when I use my stoves

I have only had this oven for two years. And the amount of trouble and nuance this oven have gave me is many. Both my iron steel grates have cracked within 6 months of purchasing the oven. The oven occasionally rusts on the outside and inside of oven. The inside of the oven is very tiny so make sure to take measurements. Inside the oven on the bottom the cover never stays put and always moves around. On top of all this I dropped one drop of warm water on the inside of the glass while I was cooking , and the oven was on and caused the glass to crack. Customer service did nothing for me to fix any of these situations. I truly believe this company uses cheap material to make their products. If they had used high tempered glass for inside of the oven , it shouldn’t have cracked. Sadly I spent over 10k on kitchen aid appliances in my new kitchen and I will never ever buy again or recommend to anyone. Stay away from poor quality made company.

Great burners, sleek look, great reliability! Cannot wait to install this!

Not good quality. Plastic nobs. The Basel plate that is glued on was misaligned. Also the front of the range with the digital display moves an 1/8 inch with a little pressure. Not a fan of kitchenaids current quality.

Electric starter on the cooktop wasn't working so this item is being exchanged for another one. Aside from that, this is a solid commercial-style oven/range that meets our expectations. Juan and Miguel are excellent installers, and our fabulous sales person, Romeo, is working with us to get a replacement quickly.

We bought the commercial range initially because we liked the slightly bulky look. We soon realized how well everything cooked, The oven heated evenly and was easy to operate. The range top also distributed heat proportionately and made it enjoyable to cook on.

Paying this much for a range, one should be able to trust that the functions were factory-checked. Eh, not so much in 2020. Replacement parts must be ordered (no estimated return date by whirlpool repair). Burners work fine, and the unit LOOKS good, but the oven is broken from the get-go. Also, the insane tones that sound as the oven [attempts] to heat up and cool down will really drive me insane. Definitely not impressed.

Wifi is easy to set up. There are only 4 burners but they can really set water to boil quickly. The top panel by the knobs is a little wide and I suspect will be prone to scratching. It's very expensive so I trust it will last a long while.

So far so good! The range is stunning and looks great! Works great so far too! Very happy with the commercial look.
