Solid and heavy duty. Wife loves it. Bought her the mixer 12 years ago. This compliments the larger mixer. Saw it at best buy. Had to have it. Good price.

I have always wanted this and happy that i did. Great to smooth hot soups directly in the stock pot. I look at it as a safety issue, not tranferring hot items from the pot to the blender

Great mixer. I especially like the guard at the bottom to protect the finish on nonstick cookware. The cord can be a nuisance be it’s not a real hindrance.

first off, meant to buy the cordless. my bad. but decided to keep the corded one. bought it to make homemade marinara b/c the canned and jar sauce is too acidic and gives me heartburn. and the g/f some bad flatulance. ok...and me too. but homemade sauce isn't as acidic and tastes way better. cooked up a pot of sauce and while it was cooking, drove over and picked up this lil' gem. it only took about 15 secs to puree' a 4 qt pot of chunky sauce to a smooth sauce. be careful though...was kinda playing around w/ it and b/c of the torque, it almost came out from the sauce and repainted the kitchen tomato red. it's also great at making a lot of bubbles for a bubble bath. the dogs love lots of bubbles. overall, i'm happy w/ my purchase.

Works great. Easy to set up. Easy to wash. It's pretty much exactly what we expected and then some.

This replaced a Cusinart immersion blender that had the safety lock button on the top that I grew to hate. This one doesn’t have the safety lock and is much easier to use one handed. It doesn’t have both a forward and reverse blade like the cusinart did but still blends smoothies and soups well.
