For an amateur baker, this machine works very well. Easy to clean and excellent performance. It is a little bit heavy but guess that gives it the power that it has. Will recommend

My mixer is so good I use it a lot . I mix everything in it from cake icing and a lot of candied having a great time with it makes my job so EZ.
