I searched for days for a replacement for my Cuisinart convection toaster oven and decided on this KitchenAid model. So far, I have really enjoyed it and have not had any problems with it. I like all of the preset temps for different functions. I particularly like the air-fry basket. It's very simple to use. One reason I chose this one is that it leaves a little more space under my cabinet than some other models. I had my cabinets replaced and worried about too much heat hitting the underside of the cabinet.

I was nervous about buying a counter top oven but did some research and settled on this one. I love it. Heats up quick and easy to use. I am not a fan of air frying and never thought I would use that option. However, I used it a couple times and I love the 360 air fry option. I eat dominate raw and don't cook a lot so it is perfect for my needs. I have not used it for toast yet. In doing my reasearch you should be clear about your dominate use for any counter oven purchase - are you looking for a toaster oven or a counter top over. I am cooking easy things like fish, warming things and air frying things like cauliflower. Again, I love it. Price is great also. I did purchase on a great sale.

This is great (better than microwave) for heating frozen items using the air fryer or bake setting. I purchased it because I needed a second oven to keep dishes warm. My son loves it for french fries and anything he can make with it! I’d recommend using this over a full size oven when possible; uses less energy due to smaller area and it heats up quickly! Takes up less space than a small microwave oven too and easy to use. I will try baking a “short” cake, cupcakes or cookies in the near future...

This was a replacement for another unit that died suddenly and while we didn't know we could like another oven better, this one proved that point. It is much quieter than our last countertop oven. The air fry and convection features make a fraction of the noise our last one did. Also the controls are intuitive and easy to use and adjust. It is sleek and appealing look on our counter. The alert is pleasant but effective without being annoying or shrill. It has also done a great job with toasting, cooking pizzas, making cookies, air frying, and broiling. While I hope it doesn't stop working anytime soon, I'd definitely consider another one in the future.

After a false start with the first one being damaged in transit I got the second one from Best Buy and fired it up. The first test was the air-fry function, which was the primary reason why we bought this appliance in the first place. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. We used the air fry to re-heat some left over fried chicken. The air-fryer function defaults to 400*. The oven preheats and let's you know its ready with a beep. We followed the instruction and sprayed the frying basket with Pam, tossed in the chicken and let it rip. Perfect. The skin was crispy and hot and the chicken was as good as the day before. I was expecting the toaster oven-air fryer to be louder, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the convection fan is. Washing the basket is a bit of a chore as it is expanded metal. But then, washing any frying basket, including my former deep fryer, is always a pain so nothing new here. We next tried the toasting function without the convection fan. It toasted French bread (which is easy to burn) perfectly. Lightly crisp on the outside and hot and chewy on the inside. The oven has an interior light that makes it easy to monitor the progress of your cooking without having to open the door which allows all of your heated air to escape. It does not take much more real estate on my counter than my 13 year old Oster toaster oven (also from Best Buy). It looks very sleek with the shiny black front and chrome trim. So far, so good--time will tell if this is an enduring counter-top appliance.

I say “so far” in the title as it has only been a few weeks since I received it. It is very easy to use. Has many settings and cooks great. I do wish the dial with the choices was lit up. It does get very hot to the touch when cooking. I do like it and would recommend.

I wish I'd bought one of these long before my old toaster oven stopped reaching temperature! I figured out the controls almost without looking at the instructions, and my learning curve on the settings for a favorite item was (fairly) short but I did nearly burn one while learning. The lesson here is keep checking instead of relying on the old oven's settings. Everything I've done with it has been very good, with reheating, toasting, baking and air frying all working well. I haven't yet tried some other settings, but that's going to happen.

This oven is perfect! I have owned many other brands but this one is a house favorite. Easy to use and it is easy to clean. Use it daily! Toast, pizza, fries, fish, meatloaf or biscuits! Everything! Much easier than heating up the huge oven nightly! Comes in handy for holidays too! Bird in large oven and sweet potato casserole in kitchen aide! Best purchase this year!

Did a lot of research on all the available air fryers and decided on the Kitchen Aid. I chose this unit because of all the articles and positive feedback it received. I am happy to say I was not disappointed. As with any appliance of this type there is going to be a learning curve to find what settings and time work best for whatever you are frying, but so far the pre set times have been fine for chicken breasts and fried products such as onion rings and potatoes. The other reason I chose this unit is because it does so much more than just air fry and is very versatile when you don't want to heat up your regular oven for some appetizers. There are other units that I am sure will give equal results, but when you consider the multiple functions and the larger capacity of the Kitchen Aid for my money it's hard to beat.

After ruining my last toaster oven by preheating it with a plastic plate inside, I turned to this as a quick replacement. To my surprise, it is so much better than my former countertop oven. The digital display means I always know what I had set both the time and temperature to, instead of guessing with the timer knobs and inbetween markings on lesser ovens. It also heats up quick! My wife used to text me to start preheating the oven whenever she was on her way home from work with a pizza. Now she doesn't even bother, she just turns it on when she gets home and it's ready by the time she' s gotten out of her work uniform and is ready to start cooking. The airfryer and dehydrate functions are a nice surprise to have, and speak to the temperature range and the ability to move air around.

This little oven fits perfectly in my efficiency apartment kitchen. It does toast very well so I have retired my toaster which has created more room on my counter. This oven bakes, broils, oven fries, and does convection. I am so glad I made this purchase as my kitchen is so small I use the oven for storage. Don't laugh, it's true.

We have been using this for 1 month. We have only used the air fry mode and the bake mode, as those two functions meet our needs. So far we are very pleased. It preheats quickly and cooks evenly. It is easy to clean. The only negative is that it is large and takes up more counter space than a traditional toaster oven. Nevertheless, it was a good purchase.

Amazing oven with great features, functionality and quality. Love the size of inside that can fit big food options. Variety of features allows options for different usage, and we are very happy with the quality and price. The mesh tray does stain easily quickly but proper cleaning will be needed after use. Overall, we are very happy with the results and features and highly recommend it.
