Great Dishwasher, plenty of space for all my dishes. Three racks that wash dishes perfectly. The finish is really nice as well, sturdy and made of quality parts. This is my first Kitchenaid and I can assure you I will go with Kitchenaid in the future

Very easy to use. Much more room than my old dishwasher. Dishes come out exceptionally clean. The delivery guys were very courteous. They showed me how to use the dishwasher, cleaned up after themselves. Because I had such a great experience I’m going to buy my stove at Best Buy.

This unit is amazingly quite! We love the 3 shelf design. Dishes come out clean and dry. I am very impressed on how clean the interior of the unit is after every load. We have a water softener so I believe that helps. We have no stains or residue. Great unit!

I like it! The dishwasher seems to work great, but I have only had it a week. It holds more than my old Kitchen Aid but it is much slower. It has a sleek look and is super quiet. The young men who came to install it did a superb job! They were young men on a mission and worked so well together. I have been a Kitchen Aid fan for many years.

Best dishwasher we've ever owned. I didn't think we'd like the top rack but it's perfect for spatulas and other kitchenware which used to sit along the sides and take away space from glasses. The interior makes good use of the space. The machine is incredibly quiet and does a good job cleaning. Highly recommend.

Time will tell, but so far we love this dishwasher! Super quiet, dishes come out spotless. We still rinse before putting plates in the dishwasher to get off excess food, since there is only a small filter to trap food particles. Also, we learned not to use the Express Wash feature, since the dishes don't get dried properly. I would highly recommend!!

After using for a month I'm very happy with this dishwasher. You barely hear it running. Which is nice with our open floor plan of our house. Really like the ability of the middle rack to have hight adjustability. Makes it nice to sanitize my growlers. My dishes come out very clean, even with us on a well water.

Quietest dishwasher I’ve ever owned! Even standing next to it, often can’t tell it’s even running. Love the top shelf that allows for smaller items that you don’t want taking up space on the two main shelves. Cleans very well also. Other than some water bottle jets, couldn’t really want any more!

The KitchenAid - Front Control Built-In Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Tub was a terrific choice. It is easy to use, looks great, and is nice and quiet. It also gives you an extra third top rack for your large utensils, low dishes, etc.

This dishwasher has 3 racks. The top is where I place my plastics, middle for glasses and cups and lower for dishes, utensils and other larger containers. The dishes come out exceptionally clean. The noise level is very low, another plus as I run the dishwasher over night.

Sleek appearance. User friendly. Super quiet. Height adjustment mechanism on second rack is designed better than other brands. Use of FlexFree third rack is very practical. Not to mention that the spray bars rotate, instead of being in a fixed position! Would have given 5 stars if it dried the dishes a little better

Our old dishwasher sprung a geyser mid-COVID. We did some research but bought this one sight-unseen. It is fantastic. It is so quite I have to double check to make sure it’s running. It cleans off caked on food. It dries nearly 100%. And, this third rack is very convenient. Is it a bit more expensive - sure. But, it’s worth it.

This dishwasher is so quiet. You really have to listen to see if it is running. The third rack is very spacious and holds dessert dishes and lots of things. Easy to load and unload. We are very glad we purchased a KitchenAid.

This dishwasher is very quiet. Our last dishwasher it was replacing had Super Quiet in its name but was like a jet airplane compared to this new one. Cleans very well and has a lot of options for loading with its smart configuration. The install team did a great job. They had to replace a new water shut-off valve for the supply line. This was key as they were able to do it at install and not require the job be delayed by having to call in a plumber which would have been a large added expense. Their fee was minimal compared to a plumbers fees. Overall a great experience.

It's not as quiet as my 22-year-old Kenmore Elite, but I forgive it because it gets the dishes so clean and dries them so well. Additionally, it is just so easy to load. The racks are laid out so well that everything just seems to fall into place. I am very happy with this dishwasher.

I've had this Kitchenaid dishwasher model from Best Buy for 15 days. Delivery and installation (by only 1 person who did everything) was prompt and seamless. I appreciated the product and pre-delivery instructions from Best Buy beforehand, which I read twice over to make sure nothing went wrong during Delivery Day. Be paranoid and measure everything many times. We've had a 2007 GE Monogram stainless steel dishwasher previously. It died (water valve issue after power outage). This model is much quieter than our old model, however, it is NOT NOISELESS. You will still hear water gently swishing, motor purring, etc. for all cycles you choose. It's still louder than I wanted but the lower db-rated, "noiseless" models were all sold out. The topmost third rack looks gimmicky but it turns out to be the best part of this machine. If you have an old dishwasher like mine, this certainly is an improvement. We did a lot of product research: Bosch was the other alternative. However, we had to choose this model due to measurement and availability constraints. Hope it lasts. The control panel is nice: you no longer have to GUESS what stage the cycle is at (you have to with the hidden control panel model). You are supposed to use detergent pods with this model, but I have been experimenting with a small amount of 7th Generation gel. Cascade pods - even the free and clear kind - exuded strong chemical perfume which stinks up the entire house when steamy dishwasher door opens at end of cycle. Because of the good delivery and installation experience, I am considering replacing other major kitchen appliances with Best Buy, crossing fingers for similar positive experience. Please tip your delivery person if you are happy: they are working hard during this pandemic. To ensure your old machine doesn't end up as landfill, best to bring it to recycling center yourself if you are able.

Replaced an older KitchenAid dishwasher with this gem and couldn't be happier. Very spacious with adjustable racks, quick, great drying and its quiet!! Had to put my ear next to it and feel the door for vibrations to make sure it was working.

My wife and I bought this after our old original unit which came with the new house was made inoperative due to a near-miss lighting strike on our home. The original was a builder's grade and I had to basically wash the dishes by hand first and use the dishwasher to "sanitize" the dishes. We decided to spend more on the replacement instead of getting another "builders grade" dishwasher so the machine would wash the dishes and not me. This was a smart decision as the KitchenAid model is fabulous. It cleans dirty dishes that I just have to do a simple water rinse in the sink first. Even if the dishes sit in the dishwasher for a few days until it is full. The 3 levels are a real nice feature and the adjustable 2nd level helps with some of our taller glasses. So far I have nothing to complain about.
