Got this for my wife to replace an older toaster. Easy to use, but I wish you could just turn it on without starting the timer. You know turn it on allow it to heat up and then cook/toast what ever you want. You have to account for the toaster to heat up in your cooking/toasting time. Also a few more options like a flat pan to toast garlic bread or pizza would be nice.

I did like the function of this oven. I think going with a convection oven is the way to go, its cooks evenly. I didn't keep it because it didn't have a few key features I would like to have. It was hard seeing food cooking, so I would prefer to have an interior light. Also turn the timer dial to turn off and on was not a favorite. I would like to have an on/off button. I finally feel for the idea of owning a convection oven, so I paid more and purchased the Capalhon brand they gave me a light and on/off button. But for someone who don't want to shell out too much money(double the cost for the Caplhon) this is a great option.

This is such a great daily oven. It fits pans that are generous in size (I can cook a California Pizza in it) and good looking. Looks good on my counter! The con is the ticking sound when it's on the timer, but I have gotten used to it. I have cooked pizza, blueberry muffins and cornbread muffins in it.

Bought this and threw out our microwave. It works really well. Comes with 2 racks that you can change the position on. Also comes with a cooking sheet. You can place it under cabinets because the exterior does not get hot. The only thing that is annoying is the timer. It has the old school egg timmer that you can hear clicking away while your waiting. I think they all have that style timer though.

It’s a big counter overnight. It works great and has plenty of room in it. I am not a fan of the ticking from the timer.

Works great and easy to use. Only complaint is it is very difficult to reduce the timer once set for a longer time.

Hate the ticking of the timer, but good quality oven

This toaster oven is the best option for this price point. My only complaint would be that I am not a fan of the timer. I prefer a digital time to the ticking dial. The ticking is also VERY loud.

This thing is so versatile. You can get super creative with what you can throw in it. The timer is not the best and requires a lot of "am I breaking this" effort to move forward.

Very nice little oven. My only quibble would be the timer the clicks the whole time it's running. Otherwise, nice functionality and works well.

The size and design of this is great, however a few times, the timer has gone over the time we select leading to burnt food.

Excellent toaster oven. I use it instead of warming up my oven. The timer has been sticking lately and burning my food.

Maybe I got a bad one. Directions say to unplug it when you are not using it. That’s a little scary. The toast uses a timer and that’s your on and off. One time it stayed on so I pulled the plug. My house smelled like electrical burn.. it was strong. The door didn’t shut tight and I could see down inside of the appliance. I saw a complaint online about the same issue someone else had. I returned it. I think it’s discontinued. There’s another kitchen aid model, more expensive, that has a better rating.

Unbelievable bad baking results. Obnoxiously loud clicking timer whenever you roast anything. And the price?! Ridiculous. I think my wife bought this to match our other KitchenAid appliances but I’d much happier to see it flying out the window and any other brand sitting on the counter

1st, the door doesn't drop all the way down. 2nd, the timer only goes to 60 minutes but it has a continue cooking by moving the time to 0, then you need a secondary timer for x amount of time you want to cook something. the 0 is also used if you are warming something. Note, if using that 0, the power button will then flash if you go past 4 hours & you have to unplug the blasted thing to get it to stop. otherwise, I do like that it has 2 racks. happy cooking.
