I know how to operate it bc I have the same one in my other property. I sent it back and re-ordered the same food processor. The second one arrived and worked for 10 minutes. Not going to try a third one. The one I have had for years works great. What happened?

Too many pieces

Open box sent as a full price new item. Scratched up with a ticket of testing buy the store. What a disappointment!!! I can’t tell you how item itself was because I returned the piece of junk they sent me.

Amazing machine!

I like to make horchata & have burned up blenders trying to blend the rice, but not with this powerful machine. I haven't even begun to fully utilize it, since I haven't gotten to use all of the attachments & accessories yet, but I look forward to experiencing everything else it can do. I love this thing!
