Great coffee maker easy to use and easy to clean..

Matches the other appliances, makes great coffee. Only knock on this product is that the brew time is a little slow. I just set the timer 10 minutes earlier in the morn and it done when I get up it done. Best Buy did a great job in packing it up and shipment time .......

This coffee pot is a good coffee pot. Very easy to setup and use with a long keep warm function. My only complaint is if you don't line up the water reservoir then you will have a flooded kitchen.

We needed a second coffee pot for the lower level, so I bought this one because of the affordable price and KitchenAid reputation. So far it has performed admirably. The true test for a coffee pot is longevity. I can't comment on that as it is new.

Makes great coffee. Love the feature on it that makes it stop luring mod brew so you can pour some coffee before it’s done brewing. Love the option to make the coffee bold. And the filter has measurements inside so you know how much to pour

I have been searching for a coffee maker that doesn't taste like plastic. This coffee maker is made of quality materials and brews great coffee. Also, KitchenAid customer service is very helpful if you have questions or need assistance.

This is an easy to set up and use automatic coffee maker. The only thing wrong, is if you do not finish the pot off before the 2 or 4 hour timer runs out, It will not rehear the pot as many others do

I love this coffee maker. Very smooth coffee and the different program settings are super nice especially the 4 hour hot plate.

Makes great coffee, hope this urn style doesn't phase out as i intend to keep this pot around for a while.

I have had many coffee makers but this one works best for me. I brews my coffee richly and the heating pad keeps my coffee hot for longer time.

The built in timer auto on and off plus large carafe makes this a great coffee maker.

This would have been our second KitchenAid coffee maker however, I decided that I wanted one with controls on the front rather than the side like this one. Also, I was hesitant to purchase another KitchenAid coffee maker because the first one began leaking. Upon inspection, the heater for the hot plate had ruptured and cracked. I called KitchenAid to buy a replacement part but they don't offer parts like that and you can only get the basic consumer replaceable parts. Since I didn't feel like I had enough time out of my KitchenAid coffee maker, I decided that they can just keep their new one and I returned it. I will never buy a KitchenAid coffee maker again.

I love this coffee maker since I started using it. I strongly recommend this product for any one who loves coffee at home.

I won't say it makes the coffee taste a lot better compared to my old cheap Black and Decker, but it's a 10x better machine.

The coffeemaker works great for my family. It makes up to 12-cups, but we often only make around 5 cups. The coffee maker is smart enough to know how much coffee to make based on how much water you put, and so we are able to measure accurately how much coffee powder we are intending to use per day. The coffee can also be kept warm for a few hours, which is great since we don't always finish all the coffee in one shot.
