It’s a beautiful beast. Whipped egg whites, made bread, pancakes, etc. heavy and heavy duty that will last, in the end a great investment.

Even though I haven't had it to happen yet. It has an overload switch which will save itself from the tough dough's. If it doesn't, they are an easy fix for an amateur handman/woman. Enjoy using this mixer day to day due to it not being so loud. Looking forward to this mixer lasting 20 years as a friend's mixer did.

To mixer is easy to use. It is very versatile. Very easy to clean and maintain. I would replace it with another one if required.

I bought this as a gift to give to our son & daughter-in-law. They love the mixer! They said it has good power is runs very smooth and quiet for a mixer.

We have used it more times than we thought. Operates easy and easy cleaning. Mixes good. Whips cream fast and fluffy. Splash guard is highly recommended when adding liquids while mixing. Wife is happy

It feels fancier for sure, and it looks great on my counter, but I wouldn't dish out a crazy amount of money to get it over a tilt head. They're about the same in quality. And she's pretty loud. If you do get it, opt for the attachment with the scraper.

This mixer is awesome! We got it on Black Friday and have wanted one for a while. So far, we've made a few loafs of bread and the kneed hook works really well. As a note: our mixer had a little clicking when we first got it. That is normal, and part of the gear mechanism. It went away after the first few uses.

This mixer has excellent power. The 500 series is a little less powerful than the 600, but well sufficient for all things mixed, including double batches. Easy to use and clean.

I have wanted one for YEARS but I couldn't justify the cost. My husband saw them on sale and bought this for me for Christmas. I LOVE it. It's simple to use and the attachments are very easy to put on and take off. My only dislike is the bowl. 1, it is difficult to attach, but that may change over time and 2, I wish it had measurements in it for ease of use. But kneading dough with the dough hook is fantastic and there are many recipes on line that use the KitchenAid mixer so the instructions are precise. I can't wait to get some of the attachments that will make things even easier, but they are costly as well so it might be some time before that. Until then I will mix, beat and knead with ease!

I’m not a professional cook or baker by any means. But hey this thing gets the job done and makes baking a whole lot easier! Got a great deal on it for Black Friday. Gave one to my wife and another to my mother. It’s convenient and very functional easy to use. Got the sliver one wish I had gotten the red one tho.

Love my KitchenAid. It makes baking enjoyable, and it serves as a brief exercise session (weight lifting) when carrying out and placing back into my kitchen cabinet. Also got it at outstanding price on “Black Friday”. Only ‘con’ is the level of noise emitted when in use.

I love my kitchen aid, I don't why I waited so long to get one. it is easy to use. I really like the attachments that came with the kitchen aid. If you are thinking about purchasing one you will not regret it.

My wife loves her mixer! Way more powerful than her old 4qt KitchenAid that struggled with thick dough. Looks really nice in this blue color too.

This is a great stand mixer! Solid construction!!

We use the mixer for everything - baking, grating cheese, slicing veggies. This model is bigger than the typical Kitchen Aid and I like it better than the tiled head type. You won't be disappointed!

We are loving our KitchenAid Stand Mixer! It's powerful enough to mix many things and is big enough to handle a large batch. I definitely recommend this mixer.

Pros: Silver color is nice and I love the 5 quart bowl and it does work for the 2 weeks that I have used it 2 times. Cons: - It isn't a tilt head (Artisan) - It didn't come with Head Flex Edge Beater - It didn't come with Pouring/Splash shield Wish I had bought a different Kitchen Aid 5 quart stand mixer.
