This was a gift and a perfect one. I make hundreds of cookies at the holidays and my hand was broken this year but the cookies needed to get made. My son bought this as an early Christmas present. It was wonderful being able to make batch after batch of dough and not be near tears in pain. I would recommend getting the lid that allows you to add ingredients without having to shut the mixer off. This mixer lives up to its reputation. And I learned the hard way that you can only make one batch at a time.

I bought it on a sale and I love it! Use it almost everyday, easy to use, a little heavy!

I’ve been wanting one for a while now & finally took advantage of the black Friday sale. My mom liked it however it is a heavy machine & is not very practical for moving around the kitchen. So if you purchase one, pick a spot & leave it there. If it gets moved around alot you may move something in the interior & damage it.

My Ingredients were so clearly separated before using this product. Once I used the machine I was unable to tell one ingredient from another. I could have done this on my own but with this mixer, I just pressed a button. It started working immediately on disambiguation to produce a dough I was certain would make up for the amount of dough I paid for it. I was able to focus on my girlfriend which definitely had a positive effect on our relationship and cleaning it was a simple as washing a car but much faster. Though it takes up a bit of counter space it makes an excellent topic of discussion amongst friends at dinner parties. They definitely look up from their cell phones to appreciate the professional look of the mixer. I’m quite happy with the purchase and hope to cook more now that I have it.

Every part of this is quality. If you want to do something in the kitchen, there is an attachment you can use.

Gifted this to my girlfriend. She loved that this is a professional model. Her only complaint is that it is heavy so moving it around is relegated to me in the kitchen. I don't mind it. She hasn't experienced any issues with discoloration while making dough. This model has a slow start up feature which her mother's model does not have. She hates having to use her mom's now since she forgets and kicks flour out on accident. Not an issue with this model.

I never really thought I needed a stand mixer, but now that I have this mixer, I love it. I even used the ice cream maker, and I made two quarts of vanilla ice cream with chunks of pecan pie in it. I made a double batch of chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin bars and cream cheese frosting. It mixes everything beautifully. I wish I would have bought one for my daughter at the black Friday price!

Best buy i have ever made for the kitchen. Fit, finish and function far exceeded my expections. Operating is simple, the blades are quickly and easily changed and the huge bowl, with handle, locks into place. This is a solid and stable piece of machinery that will do everything you need and beg for more. Commercial construction and functionality for the home. Not disappointed and this has become my favorite kitchen appliance, second only to my coffee pot.

It's a KitchenAid you get what you pay for, it has a ton of speeds, much better than my old one.

During this years black friday sale, I’ve finally decided to buy the kitchen aid mixer. I love this thing! It works super quickly and its so easy to use! I bought the metal meat grinder and I’m amazed how good it works and how easy it is to clean every part after usage. I highly recommend!

Purchased this 5qt pro series mixer and it did not disappoint. You can make bread, cakes, mash potatoes and tons more.

I own two kitchen aid mixers, now three with the additiona of this one.. The older models with the screw on stainless steel bowl. Love them both. This new mixer I got is a "professional" model. I love the way the bowl clicks in without screwing it. I make a lot of bread. The dough hook on this model is longer and incorporates all of the dough for kneading in the bowl whitout having to scrape the sides like my other model. I just love it. it is pretty, sturdy and makes the best bread dough!

I love my new Kitchenaid Mixer and the attachments. Saves time in the kitchen the mixer has plenty of power.

My wife has been wanting one for a while finnaly pulled the trigger. She will not stop baking!

Bought this for the wife when it was on sale. Although it’s pretty big and bulky on the countertop, it looks good with the other appliances. The silver finish stands out making it the center focus. Now she’s only used it one time to make cookies, but she loved its ease of use and cleaning. I look forward to purchasing and using the endless attachments that are available for it.
