Great quality and easy to use! Wish I’d purchased it sooner!

I replaced my black kitchenaid stand mixer with a new red one. I passed the black one on to my granddaughter. Nothing wrong with it, I wanted the red one. I am sure they will both look and perform great for many, many years.

So far is working great, easy to clean, it feels powerful for all my bakery needs

The mixer was bought as a Christmas gift. The mixer seemed well built(with one small issue) but we never attempted to use it however and it was returned. The single biggest issue for my wife was the bowl lift mechanism itself and it was the deal breaker. She simply prefers the tilt head style for a list of reasons. I bought her the KitchenAid Artisan 5 instead - it has been used and she loves it. The one small annoyance was paint overspray and missed at the juncture of bowl lift teeth and the main body of the mixer. Dark blue vs raw metal is very visible. I believe it is a quality mixer but the paint work could use some QC IMO.

Loved my old Kitchenaid mixer but I love this one more, nice big bowl, easy access to ingredients. Love it!

The mixer can handle any kitchen chore put to it. It comes with a dough hook, wisp and beater attachments and there’s a world of accessories from grinders to pasta makers to shredding blades. The model has lots of power for any bread or cake you want to bake. It’s well priced especially when you consider how long it will provide great service. If you are a serious cook this is the mixer you should own.

An absolute must have in a bakers home. Easy to use, wash and store! Fairly heavy so don't try to move it around too much

Love the color. I'd been wanting one for a long time and I was excited when this one went on sale. Pros: it's bigger than the artisan and you get all the same accessories. Cons: the bowl attaches in a different way so you don't get all the bowl options as the artisan. You also can't use the ice cream maker.

Mechanically this is far superior to the Artisan model. It is also cheaper than the Artisan usually, because the Artisan is more about fashion (available in many colors) than about the actual business of cooking. Given that many people buy these simply as decorations for their designer kitchens, that makes sense on KitchenAid's part. For those of you who actually do cook though, this a better buy and second only to the 6 quart pro models that have more power.

Great for baking. Plan to buy more attachments. Black Friday price was a bargain.

We needed a new stand mixer. Patrick at the Longview Texas store was super helpful and got us fixed up in a hurry. The Pro Stand mixer is wonderful. The 5 qt bowl and mixer attachments work great. I use it 2 times a week just for bread making. Great appliance. Best Buy is a great store.

My girlfriend loves her kitchen aid and it’s very easy to use

This mixer is a nice upgrade to the kitchenaid classic I previously owned. Well built, reasonably quiet, and plenty of power to get the job done. I primarily bake cookies and this baby handles big batches of dough with ease. The soft start feature is a welcome inclusion on this mixer. My old one didn't have soft start and I would shoot flour and butter everywhere when I made cookies. Not anymore.

Kitchen Aid mixer is a great product to buy specially for your wife that likes to cook.
